Very easy transaction. Fair pricing. Test drive. Inspected the car on a lift. One series of offers. Done. Wrote a check for the sale. Detailed and later in the day they drove the vehicle to my house.
2024 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Rick McGills Airport Toyota review
This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.

Kevin Frazier is awesome! Not only did he find me the exact car I was looking for - down to the special colors - he keep me informed of it’s travels every step of the way. I got notifications from the time it left the ship from Japan and every jump afterwards until it arrived at the dealership. This has to have been the easiest, and even enjoyable, car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Rick McGill Toyota.

2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have a 2024 Nautilus Black Lable hybrid, what sold me was the 48" display, gas milage and comfort. I traded in a 2020 Nautilus BL and talk about night and day! The hybrid gets double the gas mileage about 600 miles per fill up. Into this vehicle for 37500 miles and couldn't be happier.

Nick Morrow was amazing! Great guy did a fantastic job helping my husband and I come to a decision about our new car on New Year’s Eve! He was patient and professional and answered all of our questions rode in as many cars as we needed to test drive. When it stretched into many hours Nick continued to be patient even though he had a date later he stayed late to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great sales guy!

Best car buying experience all the way through financing. They have the best prices on their new vehicles and I received a good trade in value on my trade in. I have definitely found a new dealership moving forward.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
I've now had the car for a month and 1,000 miles. As many have already stated, Toyota cheaped out on the interior (in fairness, I drive the poverty edition LE), lots of hard plastics, sharp corners and intruding fixtures. The good news is that it looks like the interior will wear forever. I do like the seats in the LE much better than any other trim level. Yes, they are basic cloth but are supportive, hold you firmly in turns and are easy to clean. Drive train wise, Toyota has nailed it again. Smart to go only hybrid or plug-in hybrid as this seems to be the future. 42MPG out of an SUV, even a compact one, is impressive while giving up nothing in the way of power or responsiveness. Having none of the connectivity issues cited for Android Auto so may be just lucky or an older phone - who knows. Touch screen is fairly easy to use and nice that the climate controls are always shown. Styling is such a subjective thing but I like it, even more once I swapped out the dark wheels for a more old-school silver set. Since $35,000 is considered "cheap" in today's world, you won't do any better in an SUV. I've also owned the new Camry and if you are a sedan person, it's an even better deal than the RAV4 and much more luxurious

2026 Toyota RAV4 review
The RAV4 is the best selling SUV in its segment and it just got a complete refresh for 2026. The body styling is reminiscent of the Camry redesign with its hammer head shark front end. Overall Toyota really knocked it out of the park. Drivetrain is identical to the Camry as well. Bullet proof 2.5 liter inline 4 paired with a hybrid motor. Our AWD example produces 236 instant torque. Very quick. Some of the interior uses low end plastics and that part could be better. But overall this one is gonna be the SUV to even find in summer of 26. My wife’s SE was built in Japan and she loves it. The all new 4.0 Toyota safety sense suite is amazing too. I’m sure it will last as long as the last gen’s did.

Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa review
I had the pleasure of working with Harley Williamson at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had, even though we ultimately didn't purchase a car. From the moment we walked in, Harley went above and beyond to understand exactly what we were looking for, which was a very specific set of features. He took the time to listen, never rushed us, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t find the perfect fit this time, we were so impressed with how respectful and kind Harley and everyone else at this dealership was. They truly made us feel valued as customers and helped us explore all our options without any pressure. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We would absolutely recommend Harley Williamson to anyone looking for a car, and when we're ready to buy again, we will definitely consider going back to Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. A wonderful experience all around!

I am not very easy to deal with but my salesman Joey Gilbert had such patience and especially the manager that I dealt with Pete, I am not sure of his last name. They make sure they do all that they can to get you totally satisfied with your deal. Pete himself (while wearing a tie and shirt) traded out step bars and installed a bed cover to get me satisfied enough to seal the deal that day. I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I won't forget that.

The long wait was completely out of their control due to parts availability, but Adam kept me updated and took great care of me the entire time. During the harness installation, a minor cosmetic issue occurred with my vehicle. What truly defines a great service center is how they handle a hiccup, and Parkside KIA was incredible. They took full accountability, fixed the damage quickly, and were remarkably polite, friendly, and professional about the whole situation. My vehicle is now back, everything is completely corrected, and it looks 100% amazing! Adam gave 110% effort throughout this entire process—he is a top-tier service advisor, an absolute delight to work with, and a master at customer care. I couldn't be happier with the final result!

Great service. Took less than an hour and it was a pleasant place to wait. I liked the way they kept me informed of the progress and even sent a video of the service.

Just bought my third new vehicle from this dealership. It's also where I get all of my maintenance done. It's an awesome dealership - they are VERY honest. They don't try to sell you features or extras that you don't need. They explain everything and they are very friendly. I drive past other dealerships to use this one
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Rusty Wallace Kia AlcoaReviews
Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa review
The last three autos I have purchased have been with Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I have worked with others, but Rusty Wallace Kia has always shined much brighter in so many ways. This month, July of 2026, not only did the dealership shine but I was overwhelmed by the salesperson of Greg Taylor! In this purchase I found a salesperson who showed integrity, character, honestness, thoroughness and worked with me throughout the process. Can't say enough good things about the guy. Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa has taken care of me and my cars now for about 10 years. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.

2021 Toyota Camry review
I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!
