Had answered all questions, and was very transparent on how the process works. Found a great car and told him that’s the one. Went in and got paperwork going. We did all necessary paperwork didn’t wait long and met with finance Bill was great too. Explained everything as well. Even gave us some good advise. Transparent with with information their as well. I am just bought my second car from this dealership. Robert Reed was is my salesman for both vehicles. I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Brought my car in for service Saturday with an appointment for 10:30am. Needed oil change and tire rotation. From 10:30am till 11:15 waited in vehicle outside and didn't keep it running for a/c. First gal apologized for the wait before 11:15 and I was understanding. But by time the wait was endless and someone finally did come to me and get the minivan I did complain and said this wait was unacceptable! Then I was told, after profuse apologies, to give them TWO HOURS to get the service done! I complained again and asked why even bother with appointments then and that I was not coming back here again. Service manager, T. Larry Wryeza pulled me aside and said he was giving me a discount for the crazy waiting time I endured and that he would try to get the car out quicker than the two hours. I did bring a lot of things to do during wait once inside the dealership waiting room and at least it wasn't two hours wait. When I got the call my vehicle was ready and took out my credit card, Larry told me there was NO CHARGE for this service because of the gross inconvenience! I totally didn't expect this and would have been satisfied with just a discount like he said he would do. He apologized again profusely and said he wanted to see me come back to the dealership. Needless to say I was shocked but placated by this and I will return for service when due again. So because of Larry, he did save the day for me because I wasn't going to return again plus leave a negative review!!!!!!! So thank you again, Larry for making this right and you didn't lose a customer.

I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Came in with my daughter to help her find a used car... He did take my daughter preferences into consideration and was able to find her a very nice car quickly. I appreciate him not trying to sucker my daughter into something she didn’t want. He was courteous and patient!

I have been visiting Universal Hyundai for many years with different Hyundai vehicles and have had a handful of service advisors that I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. My last visit was on Nov 4th, and as usual, she got me in and out in an appropriate time and provided me with great customer service. She is one in a million and I can't give her a high enough rating for the experience I have been provided on the many trips for service on my vehicle.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

I ordered my Mercedes GLC 350e in mid-December from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. I was told the anticipated manufacturer build date in Germany would be on or around February 11, 2025. A few weeks later I was notified by my dealership that the salesman I purchased the vehicle from was no longer there and I was assigned to a new salesman, Gabriel. He phoned to introduce himself and to let me know he would keep me updated along the way. He even sent me an online link that showed me when the vehicle left the port in Germany and every port stop along the way so I could anticipate when it would reach the US port in South Carolina. Gabriel was very professional, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He made my buying process seamless, addressed all my questions and provided me with updated delivery information as he received it. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Gabriel sent me the financial documents to review ahead of time to help expediate and streamline the pickup process. My vehicle arrived in transit with a cracked windshield and Gabriel had already ordered a new one prior to me taking procession of it. He arranged for the service department to call me with an appointment and loaner vehicle for the following week to take care of the issue. Gabriel went out of his way to accommodate me throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him and knowing he is available to help me or answer questions going forward.
