Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.

Bought two. One for each daughter starting college. Very cute car. Reliable with a warranty that is awesome. 10 year drivetrain. Loaded with options. Comfortable. Dependable
I was very impressed with the customer service, that I received today. The young lady transferred my coupons from my old vehicle to my new one. Something ,that I had been trying to do before I got there. Great service!

Vehicle exceeded my expectations with the mpg, the sport mode is a nice feature aswell. Have had no problems the last few weeks. Looking foreword to a ride trip to New York this Christmas.

I bought this car to go to and from work which is 106 miles round trip. I was driving a 2500, 4x4 truck that gets 14 mpg . This accent has been getting 36 - 38 mpg and I drive 85 mph. The transmission down shifts quite a bit to keep the under powered engine up to pace.. It also has a button to put the car in sport mode which allows you to manually shift the auto trans. And wakes the car up but still not where it needs to be but I didn't buy it for a speed car.. Most of the controls are on the steering wheel or right behind it. I'm an average size guy and have smacked my head getting in other econo cars but I haven't with the accent. Overall I like the car for the purpose I bought it for.
Great experience with Deb, she took her time and knew our needs. Very friendly and totally helpful. Also dealing with Chip Reuter was pleasant and helpful. Got us in the right car. We now own two Hyundias! Our first is nine years old both from Jones Junction.

Recently purchased Canadian spec 2018 Accent GL 4-Dr H/B and it is very, very well equipped for the price! This is my second foray into Hyundai territory. First was a Y2K Accent H/B bought new, which wasn't nearly as good as the subsequent Toyota Echo's & Yaris' I've owned. If this '18 Accent holds up as well as my GF's 2009 Accent 3-Dr H/B has, then I'll be delighted!
Service was quick and complete. Even serve refreshments while you wait. Leon was my service writer and he did a professional, courteous job. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Would highly recommend.

I drove my parents van before buying a used 2003 Ford Focus 6 years ago..it was a great car but bc of age and miles it kept breaking down lately. Mostly major parts that cost a lot of money. I preferred to soak that money into a newer car that would last and I have to say I am not disappointed. So far the best car I’ve ever had and plan to keep for as long as possible
