7500 mile checkup/tire repair

I???ve never been one who used a dealership to service my vehicles. They were always overpriced, too busy, and indifferent. Not so at Annapolis Hyundai. I???ve bought two cars there, both Santa Fe Sports. The second of which I was???nt even in the market for, as my first was only three years old. We were there for a service call and wound up with a brand new upgraded vehicle. Amazingly, it cost us nothing out of pocket, and the payment was lower. I can tell you that has never happened to me before, and I doubt it will again. As for service, that???s the only place I take my car to, and have since I purchased the first. Everybody there is polite, friendly, and helpful, as well as professional. We had our car there on Monday for it???s 7500 mile checkup. The gentleman in service who took care of us, I believe his name is Jacob Swaim, is an example. He was, as always, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly, making sure to explain what was being done, including a recall that we knew nothing about, explaining any costs, and having a slow tire leak fixed for us. I recognize that they are a business, and as such must make money, but I???ve never felt taken advantage of there, which I have elsewhere. I will continue to be a patron.
