Very impressed by the variety and quality of cars which were available to purchase from Hertz. All cars had low mileage and were priced competitively lower than other used car sale dealers. The Agent was very service oriented, and not pushy. We are definitely going to purchase our next vehicle from Hertz.
I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. We came to Hertz after visiting a big name dealership that disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Hertz blew them out of the water with friendly environment and CLEAN used cars. We didn't feel like there were sharks circling us. Instead we were greeted by a salesperson and later the manager. He let us look at cars without a hassle or pressure to buy. The manager pointed out some minor touch ups that he insisted on doing before the car was sold. Overall it was an honest, friendly, and easy experience.
You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!
My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! Simply put don???t waste your time, just call Frank at Sierra Honda! Thanks again Frank, Franky and team!
Did my inquiry online. Got a call in less than a minute from Phillip. Very professional and gave me options as far as the Camry I need. Ended up buying the SE which I got at a very aggressive price. DCH Toyota Torrance is a really chill dealership. Everyone is nice and I did not feel the pressure at all.
I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!
I went to buy a car and came 2 different time and was not able to connect with a sales person. Met Roosevelt Townsend omg this young assistance in making the process smooth was awesome. I am happy to have went back to carmax and got the best deal and excellent customer service.
