We recently purchased a vehicle from Gaughan. Corey was our salesman. He was very friendly an knowledgeable about various vehicles and questions, which we had asked. Corey did not try to push a sale on us. I appreciated that! When it came time to talk Financials, PJ was super friendly! PJ was also very informative but not pushy when it came to different options, regarding financing the vehicle. Overall, everyone with whom we came in contact with was super friendly! Got her with 195,000 miles already on the clock 5 years ago. I turned around and put another 100 plus thousand miles on her over that 5 year period and no major issues. Original motor & transmission never rebuilt and currently sitting at 314,000 miles, runs like a scolded dog. Never put me down by the road and wouldn't crank even with all those miles. Make no mistake about it, this is the most reliable car I've ever owned. Most cars won't get close to the 300,000 mile barrier,let alone pass it. Nuff said.

Let me start off by saying that I purchased my first car (03 Civic EX) here back in 2017. Firstly, the quality and attention to detail they put into their cars is just as exceptional as their attention to customer care, which is the reason I came back for my most recent purchase: 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Long story short, my WRX was totaled and I needed a car quick. I made one of the employees, Ashley, aware of my situation and she insured the car buying process was comfortable, quick, and efficient. I was allowed to check every aspect of the car (body, interior, engine bay, frame, etc) without being bothered which was very much appreciated. Then, we took it for a test drive along their predetermined route. This route is efficiently designed in such a way that you will be able to push the car more to ensure performance is as expected. In addition, their car fax system was down so I had to purchase it on my end but she happily reimbursed me the difference. After purchase, I noticed Various interior parts were repaired/replaced as well as various fluids. Needless to say, I will certainly be purchasing my next car here. TLDR: - Exceptional customer service - Expansive inventory of all makes and models - High attention to detail (Maintenance-wise) - No xx. As long as you have common sense when it comes to purchasing !!USED!! vehicles, this place will not let you down. If anyone goes the extra mile, it’s North Hills Auto Mall!!

I bought this car in 2011 it already had over 101,000 miles on it, it is now 2019 it now has over 167,000 on it and I have had no major repairs. Only repairs required for this car so far have been maintenance such as tires, clutch, brakes, headlights. I find this car comfortable to drive and very reliable. I drive it everywhere and have even taken it to Georgia ( from Indiana) with no issues. My only complaint is the oxidation of the headlights. I have also owned a Hyundai S Coupe and my husband and I have a Hyundai Santa Fe , all have been/ are wonderful vehicles. I am a Hyundai customer for life!
