My car buying experience was amazing just about 2 hours in and out almost never heard of situation
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

My salesperson was Luis Casanueva and he was very easy to talk to and also to deal with. He didn’t try to b.s. me around and was pretty straight up with me which is nice for a change. The dealership was nice, no showroom just tables for you to sit at. I cannot say enough about Luis he took time to show me the different features on my new truck and helped me get some of the new features setup. Thank you Luis

We recently bought a new Elantra 2016. The buying experience was really excellent. The sales representative, Liliana Serrano, was very helpful, professional, and made the whole transaction go smoothly and satisfactory. My wife and I will recommend relatives and friends to visit Potamkin Hyunday whenever they are looking planning to buy a car.

I love mine. I bought it on color Only. Not disappointed other then it could have more pep in its step. It is fun to drive and gets stares from people as it is green/yellow and really pops Green/yellow is best. Gree

Braman Hyundai review
We had an incredible experience working with Gerardo Fernandez. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact car we wanted - not just what happened to be on the lot. He was professional, patient, easy-going, and truly great to work with every step of the way. Gerardo helped us shop remotely through calls and video, keeping us updated on inventory and making sure we were confident in what we chose. Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match. He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We are so grateful for the outstanding service. Thank you, Gerardo Fernandez and Alex Zaldua, for taking such great care of us!

I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Coconut Creek Hyundai review
I recently bought my leased car in the beginning of the year 2026 ….i was noticing as the year went by that my original paint was fading and not looking so good…so I inquired with service at Coconut Creek Auto Mall and they directed me to go to King Collision which is affiliated to the Auto Mall and is on its premises…they took photos of my car and sent my file to the dealership (Hyundai) on the premises….my car was recently out of its 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and Mr Bryan Baker (former Manager of King Collision-JUST recently retired a few days ago) & Chris Crowley handled my case and concerns and filed and placed my case as a “Good Will” file to the dealership noting my car being recently out of its warranty and same day file went in I received a call from Mr Crowley letting me know that my good will case was being accepted by the dealership and Hyundai Corporate and my car would be freshly painted in the areas that were fading… I am grateful to all involved in doing the right thing for me and my auto!!
