We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
