2022 Hyundai KONA review
I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

This car has sensors on the vehicle which keeps your vehicle in the lines while driving and has bluetooth capabilities and rear back up camera. It isn't the roomest vehicle and probably not for anyone over 5'9 but it's great for me and my family.

2022 Hyundai KONA review
Bought my Kona 6.24.22 and I already have 24000+ miles on it. Mine is Blue Wave/Black in color. It's been great. You definitely get what you pay for. It's small. But I'm small. It's sporty and stylish. I've been told that my vehicle matches my personality. I'm adventurous so we match great. I wish the mpg was better (my avg mpg is 26.2). No issues yet.

2022 Hyundai KONA review
Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

Riverside Hyundai provides an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end. At the end of August, we had to buy a car unexpectedly after not buying a car for over 20 years. (We've driven company cars for the past two decades.) Since we didn't know what we wanted, we shopped around: Toyota, Subaru, KIA, Honda, Ford, Mazda, and *all* the Hyundais throughout the IE and OC. When I say exceptional, I truly do mean out-of-the-ordinary skill and excellence. Walking in that day was like a breath of fresh air! The dealership was immaculate, and everyone there was courteous and professional. We walked out with an exceptionally fair deal and had such a wonderful experience that 3 weeks later, we bought a second car. We will be back. This part of the review is for women and those who support them: If you have ever been car shopping, you know what to expect. You have to deal with enough condescension, bluster, and thick, slimy hot air to make you want to ride a bike for the rest of your life. You won't find that here. Dasan Knight is a lovely human being through and through. Moe is charming and helpful. Julian drives a tough bargain but makes his grandmother proud. Really, everyone on site was just delightful. Getting a good deal is nice, but getting a good deal from great people is even better.

Good inventory of vehicles but they just didn’t have the exact car I was looking for.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I love the low cost to maintain this car. My work allows me little downtime. The ride is decent as well as comfort. It has most of the current bells and whistles The pickup could be a little better and sometimes it does not recover from a downshift as quickly as it should.

I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

This is an excellent mid-size car if you're looking for something that will get you around the city. It has get up and go without even being a turbo and the gas mileage that my wife and I have achieved in this car on the highway is close to 36 miles to the gallon 😊😊😊😊😊

I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.
