Seamless experience - great sales tepresentative - Rudy l car delivery was fast and easy . Took a minimum of time to do paperwork
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

My car-buying experience here was absolutely outstanding. I took my girlfriend in to check out the new Santa Fe. The sales team was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. There was zero pressure, just clear communication and honest guidance throughout the entire process. They respected my time, worked with my budget, and made everything seamless from test drive to paperwork. This is the kind of professionalism and customer care that makes you a lifelong customer. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for their next vehicle!”

I had an absolutely exceptional experience with the service department. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. The advisors took the time to clearly explain the process, provided transparent updates, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The technicians were efficient, thorough, and highly skilled, ensuring my vehicle was serviced to the highest standards. I appreciated the attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire visit was seamless, stress-free, and customer-focused. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to delivering top-notch service, trust, and reliability. Palm Beach Mitsubishi review
The other reviews here are penny ante, very minor stuff. I asked Lisandro for an out the door price and I got it fast, with options to help me with financing and shipping. Most other dealers are very slow and never give that price. Performance Mitsubishi's price was $12000 more than advertised. Give both a chance and you will do business with Lisandro. Spend a couple minutes and see. Besides being GREAT to deal with, test drive the Outlander. It drives better than the Rogue and is crazy cheaper than Toyota. It is nicer inside too. Don't buy a turbo gas car. They don't last as long. Buy an Outlander from Lisandro and you will get the deal and be happy with your car.

I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase my car today with a very caring young salesman, Stephan Mandel! I asked him questions non-stop, and he had the patience and knowledge necessary to give me clear and accurate responses about the car I was interested in. Also, happy birthday Stephan and we are wishing you a happy year with good health and much success! Thank you also to the manager Tom D’Amore, I couldn’t be happier with my new car!

My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well. I drive a GMC product and if Wallace serviced them They would be my place for dealer repairs Brock

Well it took a little bit longer than I would have liked for the car to get done the gentleman was the service manager was very honest and open and I so appreciated that didn't love that they don't offer a cleaning of the car unless you leave it for another hour and a half I used to have a included car vacuum and car cleaning which was nice but the service manager was super nice and I'm definitely going to go back what was most important was that they were incredibly hospitable as opposed to the horror experienced at Wallace Fort Pierce they are to be left alone at all costs

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

I love the vehicle and the smoothness when i drive it. Alerts me of cars when backing and tells me if another vehicle is driving away if there is one in front. There is a lot of space and great for my 2 kids.

My sales associate was named Mimi. She was responsive with all my questions, had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I got there and was very personable. I did not purchase the vehicle but will still continue to work with Mini to find the right fit.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.
