Have bought my last several cars from Classic Hyundai. They do a great job. This time, I moved to a 2018 Sonata ECO. Great car so far!

Acceleration was horrible when getting on the highway. Interior was too small. I felt like my head was touching the ceiling. I am 6 foot tall, and felt cramped in this vehicle, especially in the back seat.
Everyone was pleasant, made the experience very easy. Jamie was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. She did what she could to make the car more affordable for me in my budget. I would definitely go back again for future cars!

Ever since the day that I purchased this car I’ve been getting contacted probably about once a year for some sort of an update or some BS that Hyundai says needs to be done to the car although it may be free never had a new car need so much stuff done to it I put down three stars and reliability because they have known mechanical issues that don’t rear their head until just after the drivetrain warranty is up! I personally brought the vehicle and had the timing chain tensioner is changed and it was actually a cam phaser problem and now it’s 2600 miles over the original warranty and I will probably have to pay for it out of my pocket
We have purchased our past 4 cars through AutoNation. They always listen and find exactly what YOU want in a car AND the payment that you can afford!

I purchased this car 1 year ago, with only 60,000km on it. It now has just over 80,000km and has given me SO many problems. I’ve spent about 7000 fixing this car over the last year, doing everything from replacing the rear differential to replacing the struts to replacing the ball joints. I can’t seem to go a month without a hefty repair. I drive the car about an hour a day MAX and have hardly put any kilometers on and it’s still a piece of trash.
I never thought I would walk out with a new vehicle. Mark really made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me about my purchase. I would definitely recommend Mark to my friends and family when buying an vehicle. I will also continue to work with Mark when its time for me to upgrade. Thanks Mark for your exceptional service and also Monique who was also a great help.
This SUV is all we asked for.

Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.
I searched a popular automotive website to find the best deal on a new Hyundai Tucson. The 2018 Tucson had significant manufacturer incentives, making it an excellent choice for the price. Several dealers contacted me including Abigayle from Rick Case. I emailed all the dealers the features I needed on my new Hyundai, the details of my trade and the acceptable payment based on my down payment. All other dealers seemed to drag their feet on answering my inquiry. Abigayle and sales manager Todd quickly provided a quote- slightly above my comfort level. After further discussion and clarification, Todd and Abigayle promised to contact me first thing the following day. Todd fullfilled his promise and called with news he could do the sales requirements I requested. Within 1 hour, I was at the dealership ready to complete my purchase. Abigayle came in on her day off to complete the paperwork and Tucson delivery. She was VERY detail oriented in her explaination of the vehicle's features. I cannot be more pleased with my experience with Rick Case Hyundai and its employees!

There are so many extras that I love and it is so roomy and easy to put in a car seat and transport my granddaughter when I have her.
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.

This was not my first experience at a car dealership and I can confidently say, without a doubt, this was m best experience ever. The sales representative I was with was exceptionally helpful and kind as I was shown around the lot. The test drive was nice and the route they have gives you a nice variety of environments to test the vehicle out on. Payment was a breeze and by the time I left I felt as though I knew everyone there. Best lot out on the automile!

This car has met all of my needs, it has plenty of legroom,the seats are great heated and cooling both front and b,heated steering wheel,I love the power it has !!!! it has USB ports and the lights are awesome I can see far and wide!!!
Ryan was fast and made the process very fast and hes AMAZING to work with and Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. I love auto world usa!

I love this car. I drive this car everyday. It’s been reliable,comfortable and sturdy. It is a perfect car for housewife and mother. If you keep it’s oil change and tuneups I believe this could be a long standing reliable car
I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.

This car fit every single need we had. Great on gas, comfortable, dependable, and roomy. Perfect for getting to work, school, gym, grocery, and everywhere in between.

When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.

Just drove 1200 miles and no complaints to report. Great ride! Comfortable for 4 adults. Held all my camping equipment with room to spare. Fits my needs.
