I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received

He was genuine from the beginning with our best interest in mind. I felt like I could trust him when he said he was offering the best possible deal. Honestly, I didn???t not think I could afford a brand new car! But Stives explained Hyundai???s new lease program and I found that I could actually walk away with a beautiful brand new car with an unbeatable warranty. The whole experience was excellent from Stives to his manager to their accounting person???all wonderful, kind people. I???m so excited to have joined the Hyundai family of Coconut Creek!
I have bought several cars from Patrick and quite honestly he is the only car sales person I have ever not only trusted but grown to love and appreciate as a great human being. I would travel from afar to buy a car from Patrick because he is someone who can be trusted, and that is a rare thing in this world. He truly cares about people and although I have called upon him for assistance an embarrassing number of times, he is always kind above all else. He deserves all of the prosperity life has to offer. I highly recommend him. My wife and I bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson at Coconut Creek Hyundai in late May. We dealt with Oliver Barrera who provided us excellent service. We recommended Oliver, Hyundai cars, and Coconut Creek Hyundai to several family members and friends and they also bought cars and had the same service as we did. We found Oliver to be very friendly, professional, and honest. He did not over promise anything and everything he said he could do, he did. He was very patient and low pressure. I have bought many cars over the years, and to some degree all of the brands are alike, so what makes the difference is the buying experience, the product knowledge, and being treated fairly. Frank and Gina are the best at their trade! They are personable, caring, and strive for the best possible experience for their customers! They picked me up at that airport and ensured the car was in tip top shape. I just enjoyed looking at all the other models in their inventory as there were many great deals on their lot! My experience was okay but certainly not what I experienced at another dealership recently. The dealership was not flexible and made me jump through hoops to purchase the car.
I also get pressured to buy an extended service contract
On 8-15-17, my son purchased a used 2002 Toyota 4 Runner at C.A.R.S. Pompano Beach. Our sales person was Al, with whom I had spoken to on the phone from my home in Pennsylvania. Al was most helpful, and gave us a good deal on the purchase. My son had a great experience and we both felt that we were dealing with a very honest dealership. My son and I both agreed that the process from beginning to end with my phone calls to Al, to test driving, to negotiating, to the paperwork through to the end result of the purchase were more than excellent. My son is thrilled with the car and we both thank you so much for a great experience!
