I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I see your sales team once but your service team often. I know that when Hector your tech is working on my car I have no problem . (Hector has been servicing my Hyundai cars for 25 years) Ryan and the rest of your service writers are very knowledgeable.
The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.
I brought my car in for service engine light. I received quick and knowledgeable service from George. He kept me informed and did his best to get me my car back in a timely fashion. George K. is a great service employee. I've worked with him previously and he is always nice to chat with, and he makes sure they do a good job on my 2015 Sonata. I bought my car here, and will continue to have it serviced here as well. Thanks guys!!
Their website quoted a lower price for the 60K-mile service than was charged, but the service advisor gave the true price to me up front before they started the work. They also updated the gas mileage rebate (caused by Hyundai giving too high a gas mileage rating for the 2013 Elantra).
I called George the service manger to see if he could squeeze me in as I had an unexpected day off from work. He did and I was able to schedule a battery replacement and an oil change. The cable that locks my back seat in place broke and after they ascertained that was the problem - told me it was a big job and then couldn't do that day as I was squeezed into schedule as it was. I was fine with that. George told me to schedule bringing it in by appointment and temporarily fixed the problem so back seat was locked in until I could replace cable running through it. I keep bringing my 2010 Tucson to the dealer because I have always received good service there. They work with my schedule as much as possible. Thank you, George
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I had a very pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai. I was greeted at the door by Dave Cox and several hours later left with my dream car. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and most of all, Dave never made me uncomfortable with a hard sell attitude. Dave and the dealership worked hard to reach a price point that I was agreeable with and offered a number of perks to complete the deal. I would highly recommend Webb Hyundai and especially Dave Cox if you are interested in buying a car.
I couldn???t have asked for a better experience purchasing my new car with Dave!! He helped my parents and Me find the perfect car that suited exactly what I was looking for! The service department was excellent. My 2017 Nissan Altima was serviced in a timely and very friendly manner. I love it. will never take my car anywhere else.
