My wife and I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 11 years and this year it turned 186000 miles. Easily the best car we have ever owned. And we would buy a Hyundai again but we wanted a truck to replace "old reliable." So we did our research and knew what we wanted a truck with as much reliability as our old Hyundai. I wanted a Dodge 1500 crew cab for the ruggedness and reliability and my wife was Intested in the Toyota Tacoma for the reliability and the drivability. And we know we clould not afford a brand new truck. So after a week of truck shopping and disappointment. We were driving past the Hyundai dealership and I saw a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in our price range. So we stopped in to check it out. When my wife and I pulled up we made a bet to see how long to would take for a salesmen to acknowledge us... we were both wrong, Chris welcomed us with amazing finesse and professionalism. We explained to him our price range and wants and needs. He said he had the perfect truck for us. So we followed him out to the lot and he shows us a Nissan Frontier crew cab SV. At first I was frustrated because it was not the Dodge. But after test driving them both my wife and I realize that Chris had our best interest in mind. The Nissan was more reliable then the Dodge and my wife was more confident driving the Nissan. So now we own an a great truck and are so happy. Hyundai is an amazing brand, Earnhardt Hyundai has an incredible staff and Chris is the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and stop by, no matter what type of vehicle your looking for. You just might be surprised.

This is our 8th Toyota (starting with a 1985 4Runner and a 1987 Celica convertible) purchased from Rick Zamora and Larry Miller Toyota. A commendation in and of itself. We still own 2. A 2001 Highlander (140,000 miles and living with our daughter in California) and a 1994 Land Cruiser (245,000 miles). We needed a tow vehicle for our recently purchased vintage Airstream. We spent an afternoon with Rick test driving. From a basic Tundra to a new Land Cruiser. With Rick's easygoing and expert guidance we decided on the 1794 Tundra. And why not? What a vehicle! A pleasure to drive, needed towing power, plenty of cargo room and an amazing amount of luxury comforts. As always, thank you Rick for your pleasant and patient guidance.

Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.

Charles Bain is exemplary employee that represents the service department at Camleback Kia. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.

We bought a used Chevrolet Suburban from Goldies a few months ago. Within days there were several little problems that started coming up. We took care of the first couple that were easy fixes (i.e. brake light that was out), but they just kept coming up, so we finally called the dealer and listed off the many problems that had cropped up in just the first couple weeks of us owning the car. They told us to take the car to a mechanic we trusted and have it looked over and everything fixed, and then they would cover the cost of all the repairs. We did just that and when we went to pick it up after the repairs, the shop said that Goldies had already paid the bill in full. Since then we haven't had a single problem and have taken the suburban on two long trips. We are grateful that Goldies stood behind the vehicle they sold us and for that reason, we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I just traded in my car for a truck yesturday. John King was my "salesman". His low pressure honest vibes were so different then other dealers. From the first phone call he seemed more like a buddy helping me than a used car salesman. He put a hold on the truck and the next day I went to look. I took a long test drive alone while he evaluated my trade. No pressure the whole time. When I returned we sat in his office with computer screens facing me as John began the numbers. Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

He was very patient as I am not the easiest person to please when buying a vehicle. But after viewing 6 cars and 4 test drives later, I finally came to an ultimate decision that he made me feel comfortable about. Not to mention their financing team worked their magic and got me a really sweet deal on payments and a pretty low interest considering my credit score. Ashley, in finance, was super helpful as well and gave me a few pointers on how to pay off the vehicle quicker and to make the interest lower in the future. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love my Tuscan, I have 0 complaints about it. It’s perfect for my small family, great in gas, & comfortable ride. All the options we have in our Tuscan you can’t get in another car of equal value, you’d have to spend $70-80k on one. I highly recommend a Hyundai Tuscan to anyone.

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

I couldn't be happier with my Tuscon. It is comfortable, with lots of room in the back seat, and a decent sized trunk. Although it only has a 2.0 liter engine, it performs well thanks to the 6 speed gear box. I love that I can shift gears by hand, if desired. I have a very steep downhill I go down daily. I can easily shift to 2nd or 3rd, and save wear and tear on my brakes. I almost always drive in economy mode, which gives me good mileage. I average around 23 mpg in the city. The sound system is good, and the bluetooth link to my phone works easily and well. I am a happy camper.
