My salesman Evan was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did everything he could to get me a fair price. I would definitely ask for him if I was going there to look at cars and would use him again when it's time. Keith Goodman

Antwerpen Hyundai of BaltimoreReviews
Antwerpen Hyundai of Baltimore review
This dealership makes the cut for the honesty of their sales staff and ability to tell you the true price of an online sales item. The new age of online auto sales makes dealers compete in ways hitherto not explored. The tendency too often is to disguise the price by adding in all incentives offered by Corporate Has. When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

Safford Hyundai Fairfax review
I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. Would like to sincerely thank Miguel Paz, the service advisor, for this excellent work.

I was reluctant to try this dealer since they had a lot of bad reviews. I did notice most were for service and not sales so I thought I would reach out to sales. I was an out of state buyer and Antimo made it very easy. We agreed on a price, paperwork was emailed and physically mailed, no added fees, and I arranged for shipping. Brad, the finance guy did not push extra add-ons. Couldn't have been easier.

Thanks to Naseer and the Safford Brown team for taking the time to make sure my family got a great car and a great deal. They all went above and beyond what any average car dealer would do to ensure our complete satisfaction. Being treated like a person and not just a business transaction makes all the difference. I have already suggested Naseer and Safford Brown to many friends and will always look there first for my cars from now on!

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
In today’s car market it’s hard to find an SUV so good at such a reasonable price. I had gone to the dealer to buy a new Outback but the price & performance left me wanting. He had a Tucson in his showroom that was beautiful. I test drove it and fell in love. Not only is the technology amazing the ride is extremely quiet. Within a week I drove it down to Florida from Michigan and it handled beautifully. From the cooling seats to the heads up display this is a great suv.

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, John and Ricky were awesome, and Tom in finance made the paperwork a breeze. I love my car and will refer anyone to Antwerpin for their car needs!

Fitzgerald Gaithersburg HyundaiReviews
Fitzgerald Gaithersburg Hyundai review
I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and working with Andrew Murray at Fitzgerald Hyundai has genuinely set a new standard for me. Car buying is typically a drawn-out process that leaves me feeling frustrated and disrespected due to wasted time. This time, I shared my concerns with Andrew, and he listened attentively, then exceeded my expectations by a long shot. We were in and out within about 2 ½ hours, and Andrew treated my family and me with a great deal of respect, showing remarkable knowledge and courtesy at every step. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and it was the smoothest and most respectful experience I’ve had buying a car. Andrew Murray is a true asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai, and I’ll be recommending him to family and friends without a doubt. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a typically dreaded task into a genuinely positive experience! Sincerely, Omar

Hassle free, transparent and integrity describe my experience buying a new Hyundai. My sales rep Funke was awesome and took the anxiety out of the car purchase. I was able to get it within a couple of hours also.

I had an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation for my kicks I bought back in '21. ( I don't drive much) I was shopping with my sister and lost track of the time. So I was 1/2 hour late and my tech Sloan Williams was so kind and fit me in. I really appreciated it. We were out of there in no time. Thanks again
