Our Saturn died at 328,000 miles. We were referred to Car Shop in Hatfield by a personal friend who had purchased a car there. We looked at several cars, guided by a great salesman, Mr. Dan Owens. He found a car and color we liked and he had it brought in from N.J. Bought it, took it home on a Saturday, a few minor issues were noticed. They fixed it on the following Monday. No hassle, no stress, great experience. Market prices high but if you understand supply and demand it's a no brainer....thanks Dan and service crew!

My first EV, bought used in 2023. I've gone 2,500 miles in it and loved all of them. I thought about a hybrid before deciding I wanted a pure EV without redundant systems. I opted for the highest trim, with its adaptive cruise control, heated and cooled seats, nav, better audio, etc. The car has instantaneous power, and plenty of it; seating is comfortable in front and doable in back; a low center of gravity helps it dance through curves, and it feels nimble and quick at highway speeds. If you use it as a city hopper then standard wall outlet 110v charging is probably fine, getting you some 50 miles overnight. So far I still think "what's not to love!"

1st off the personnel could not have been more courteous and helpful. Anthony Tomeo found me exactly the car I was searching for. Went out of his was to look up anything I requested. I can't say enough about John Gomez. Had patience with me and explained everything about the car to me. Thank you so much for helping me. Last but not least the finance Manger helped be get the extra warranties without forcing me into the highest price deal. I will recommend you dealership to my friends.

I bought a 2023 and I love the style inside and out. I love the ride, comfort and the features. I love the city mileage but what I don't like is the highway mileage average of about 28 mpg about 10 mpg less than advertised. Multiple times I even drove 20 mph less than the speed limit on the hightway could only get the to 30 mpg. My daughters 22 regular tucson I get 37 mpg. What is going oh here!

The service attendant Rasheed Hall was very pleasant, courteous & helpful. The waiting area was comfortable. I had a 7:30 am appointment for oil change & inspection & it took a little longer than I expected. The person who worked on my car (Elizabeth) did not do a good job of cleaning up behind herself. There were grease prints all over my car door (inside & outside). I got a half block down Easton Rd. & noticed all of this grease & smeared paper bits on the windshield where she had removed the old sticker but didn’t bother to clean it properly before placing the new sticker on. I went back feeling very disappointed , Rasheed Hall the service attendant was kind enough to clean up her mess. I know this location has new owners. They used give a complimentary car wash but I guess that isn’t part of the new owners service. And in the past my little tin of mints was left in my console by the person who did the inspection, not this time I had to ask about it. And again Rasheed handled the issue.

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

Really love the mileage. It is small but the mightiest little car 🚗 i could imagine. It really is a two people car because of the size. But you will love it.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Another great experience buying a new car with Jae Park, and the financial manager was also fantastic. Explained everything, all the options, very transparent and trustworthy. Can’t recommend place enough, everyone I know goes to this dealership when needing a new car.

When I got this car (2022 Hyundai Accent SEL) it had 5k miles on it, they sold it as new. I didn’t realize it was being market adjusted and I was being charged 3k above MSRP. The dealership was nice and this was the first car I have ever financed alone. I kind of regretted getting the Accent, but it really grew on me the months I have had it (I got it in August of 2022). I had been driving a 2008 Dodge Charger RT which had a 345HP V8 and 260k miles, it was passed down and became an endless money pit. The highest MPG on the highway I have gotten is 54 average which I was amazed. I am also 6’5 and with the seat and steering wheel adjustment I fit fairly well. Overall this car is very fuel efficient and economical, for the price the exterior styling is not bad. The interior isn’t too shabby either for the price. Just a nice sub compact car, don’t know what else you could expect for 17-21k.

Good experience with everyone with whom I interacted. The manager, Dan, and the assistant manager, Andrea (not sure of spelling), were especially kind in taking care of the issue(s) with my vehicle.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Bought a new one 2017 .love bought it in Chattanooga tn just 6 mo later moved to Washington state st ..and was worried how it handled driving in and on snow and ice ..turns out does very good .never have had any issues .I wished I got the upgraded one that included heated seating and tented window or the leather seats .but wasting to save money.

For a small vehicle, it is very spacious. Solidly built. Great fit and finish! A lot of attention to detail. Almost 60k miles, I had a light bulb replaced under warranty. That's it! It still performs the same as new!

Purchased used in 2019 with 74000 miles. Great car with exception of air ride. Had purchased warranty. After 1 year + and over $6000.00 in repair cost the local Equus dealers service manager finally told me “ we don’t know how to fix it”. I found after market suspension (conventional), had my mechanic install and been great ever sense. When the air ride worked it was great. When it failed it would knock your fillings out. Boos to Hyundai for not stepping up to the plate on this.

I went here as the first of my stops to go look at three different cars. First I drove the one I went to see and while I was there took another on the lot out to try. Simon did a great job on the sale, price was fair and I left with the car I went to look at. Although there was a minor issue with the vehicle, it was covered under the original manufacturer's bumper to bumper warranty. He and Maurice have gone out of their way to make sure everything was alright, even offered to bring me a loaner since the Jaguar dealer didn't have any available.

Auto hold light and suspension light steady. Was told that the sensors need replacing at 4200.00. It happens intermittent, but scared to drive it for fear of breaks locking up, only has 65k miles. Great car
