I admit, I had NO IDEA……..
How wonderful visiting Freehold Hyundai would be
How phenomenal every member of the team is
How much I would LOVE new car
How satisfied I would be with the deal I received
How confident I would feel, leaving the dealership, with everything I had accomplished
How nice and calming it would be to know that I have found a new home for all of my car-buying needs
How excited I would feel to be able to pass on all of this great news to everyone I know
I’m very thankful that my neighbor recommended Freehold Hyundai. Having had a great experience there herself, I considered just dropping with my husband the next day, just to find out what Hyundais are like. I truly don’t remember ever having been in one.
I made an appointment online and was immediately contacted by Bill Kantor. He assured me that my 1:00 appointment was set for the following day and he touched base with me to make sure I was still good with that.
We arrived at 1:00 and were VERY promptly greeted by an outstanding product specialist, Michael Melendy. He helped us through the process of deciding what deal truly fit my needs, as I was unsure whether to lease again or to buy. I never felt rushed, and, as an added bonus, those unfamiliar vehicle acquisition processes were explained to my husband and I without hesitation, even if it meant repetition. There was much care given to what we had to say, and that is very much appreciated. I was able to buy a vehicle that I am super thrilled with.
Our insurance portion of the process was the smoothest I have ever experienced. There is nothing more draining that the worry of all the details, but not once did I feel stressed. The same calmness was felt throughout our dealings with the financial aspect of the deal. Andrew, the young gentleman who explained all the workings of my new car, was pleasant and professional and fun.
I’d like to give special thanks to Michael Melendy. He set the tone for what turned out to be an enjoyable experience, rather than a frightful one. He and his wife are certainly at the right place, I could tell. It was a pleasure, from beginning to end, and I appreciate the quality of the service and, above all, being treated so kindly.
