Mike Brown Ford was a huge help for my daughters first car. Miss Cindy was very helpful from the get go, not only got to know myself but my daughter as well and her wants and needs for her first vehicle. She went above and beyond thru the whole process in which we are very grateful. Ty who we signed the papers with was awesome as well got us in and out in minutes! Very hard to find sometimes but I have to say I will for sure send family and friends to Mike Brown Ford in Granbury. We went in to look into trading our previously bought, from mike brown, Santa Fe in for a truck and they went above and beyond to help us get that done!! Left in a new vehicle in just a couple of hours!! Very satisfied
Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. Thank you and great job Nick!
This is our fourth car purchase and we always come back to Jason Jutz. He is extreamely knowledgeable of all the inventory you have available. He has been our go to guy for many years. Always pleases us. But that???s not all....he is such a kind compassionate man. We are elderly and he always strives to make us comfortable. We feel like he is our friend after so many years and besides that we LOVE our new car.

Mario Rivera was my sales man and he delivered what he promised over the phone. He had the car I was looking for in the color and packages I needed and at the price that was advertised online. We were in and out so fast with no delays. Thank you so much!! I am loving my 2019 Hyundai Santa FE! Oh, the auto assist has already prevented an accident. Every car should have that feature.
On October 1st I was involved in a car accident that totalled my 6 month old (to me) 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I was shocked, stressed, and overwhelmed to say the least. I LOVED my vehicle that I JUST purchased at Jerry's Hyundai. Been a 3 time moritz customer for 10+ years now There service department is cheaper than independent shops & corporate shops (Firestone, pep boys, etc) plus Moritz knows my vehicle best because they only work on my brand. Did I mention that I solely trust them with my 75 year old moms automotive needs? If that doesn't sum up my love for moritz I don't know what will!!!
