I generally equate visiting car dealerships with having teeth pulled without novocaine. These guys don't make it feel that way at all. Ben was very polite and helpful as well as being fun to work with. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied. I got a great deal and a car I'm very happy with. The finance department was helpful and got me out the door in a timely fashion. It was an overall great experience and I recommend this dealership highly.
We have bought our last three cars from here. All were new purchases. A 2008 Accent, a 2012 Elantra, and this 2018 Elantra that we just bought. The sales persons are great. We buy new cars because we want peace of mind that we will have no problems with it. If we do, we trust the warranty. We have never had a problem with the warranty work we have had done. The warranty is why we buy Hyundai. Service department is great too. We always service our cars here.

We started the process on the internet, and Zac was very helpful with walking us through the process, then over the phone, and eventually the test drive and the final purchase. Mike Pattrin and his team were great to work with - seamless transaction from another state, got the entire process completed and car shipped in a week (impressive given that they don't control the shipping component). Transparent in their deal, and worked with me to get the perfect car at the right price. Would definitely buy another car from them again.
I needed a new mirror for my 07 Honda Civic. I was going to attach it myself (only 2 screws), but once I got home, I realized there was a part that needed removed first. I called them and they told me to drive through the service lane. TJ quickly removed the part, as well as put the whole thing in, for free. Everyone was so polite and willing to go out of their way to help me, just for a little part! It really makes me want to go back if I need a new(er) car in the future.
We have worked with TJ since buying a Pilot in 2017. He is awesome and part of 5th he reason we are buying a new 2019 honda and continuing with Columbia Honda!
