Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
I was trying to decide which car I wanted. Greg and Anthony were more than accommodating. I drove a Stinger (what a wonderfully fun care to drive). Did I say Fun, I mean FUN FUN FUN! Then a Kia Sportage. The Sportage met all the needs of our family. I did not buy at that time. I live in Oregon so I came home and went to other dealers. I did go back to Greg and he ordered the car for me. He was wonderful. When the car (Lola) arrived, I met Rodney. He was great! He brought the car to me, and explained it to me. He also has answered several questions since. What a wonderful job every one there has done to help me with the car I need. "Lola" is a beauty, and a great car!
Our car buying experience with Folsom Lake Hyundai went very well from start to finish. Our salesman James P. Trenner was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! The negotiation process was by far the best experience we have had so far in all of our car buying outings....and there has been quite a few! Also, a gentlemen by the name of Mike Nelson was also easy going and helpful in the process. We have had good follow up and follow thru with the dealership especially from our salesman James Trenner. The selection of cars and the overall aesthetics of the dealership made this an overall pleasant experience. We would buy another car from this dealership and recommend them to our friends and family
We were treated so well - everyone was friendly and easy to work with - we didn't feel pressured - even though we bought more car than we expected - we love our Kona! It is just right for us - not too big - but has the safety features we want and need - and it's comfortable. We're very happy that we walked in to Folsom Lake Hyundai that day.
Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. After purchasing 2 Kias in the past from another dealership, we are now loyal customers of John L Sullivan's Roseville Kia thanks to the great service by Connor and James.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

My husband and I came to the lot about an hour before they closed up and they were super cool about us staying an hour after they closed! We didn’t decide to buy the car the first night but we’re so glad we took the time to check them out. We ended up coming back two days later and bought our 07 Jeep SRT-8. We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Irfan and Rehan. There is definitely scratches and small dents on our Jeep but it’s understandable being an 11 year old Jeep. 1 owner SRT 8 for under 16k. SO HAPPY!
This dealership does not attack you like the big city dealerships. The salesman was professional, not overbearing, and cordial. The salesman did not sic the "closer" on you during negotiations like the city dealerships do. You felt no pressure and they were sincerely ready to "deal" on their vehicles. I will always return to Winner to be a winner in buying a car.
