Found a really nice looking car on their site but the communication wasn't great trying to find out information about it. I wanted to find out about the details of buying a car that was rebuilt but never did hear back from them.
I am extremely please with my experience with the staff at Bening Mazda. The staff who helped me through my buying experience were extremely cordial and courteous and an absolute joy to work with. Ricky was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the process and not enough can be written to give JP the proper due in regards to the help he gave. I strongly encourage anybody who is looking to buy a Mazda to check out this dealer first before buying from another dealer. Top class experience from start to completion.

My experience at Hyundai of Cape Girardeau was wonderful. Every one from the salesman, Alan Apsley, to the finance person were friendly yet professional. Absolutely no pressure. I new what I wanted when I got there becz I had called the dealership earlier in the week and we discussed the SUV I had chosen at length, I made sure I was preapproved before drove the 2 hr from St Louis to Cape. When I got there, they offered me refreshments and made sure I was comfortable. They even got a better interest rate for me than the one I was preapproved for. I couldn't be any happier, I also received a Lifetime Warranty on my the pre- owned SUV I purchased
I was trying to find a particular trim Toyota 4Runner the online crew labeled it incorrectly BUT before I knew this was the case I had a great experience speaking with Don G, Lead Salesman Pre Owned. He called and helped me so much sending me photos of the vehicle immediately because it was newly listed with no photos taken yet. I was willing to make the long haul from Indianapolis sorry we couldn't make a deal after seeing the listing showed the wrong trim level but thank you for all the help!
Within the past year I have purchase two Jeeps there, and each time I purchase one I dealt with Mark McQ. Mark is a excellent salesman, very friendly, makes a person feel at home. I'm sure I will be back there sometime, providing Mark is still there, if not I will probably go purchase a vehicle where ever he might be selling cars. Mark is an asset to your company, I don't know what he is paid, but he would be worth more to keep him. The process in purchasing my two Jeeps went very well, everyone was a great help.
The internet process went very well. We still have not bought a car yet, but would buy one from them. There communication through the internet went very well. I would not hesitant in doing business again.
I came in looking for a decent car. I still owed on mine I had at the time. so, I wasn't sure if I could get a new car. The staff was amazing in trying to help me. We were looking at 2016 models and I wasn't approved but the sales rep. Joe bradshaw, wanted to help me get the car I wanted. He looked to see if I was able to get a 2017 because there were more rebates. He is by far the most caring sales person I have ever met. The car buying process isn't really ever fast but the chrysler team and him made it so much more enjoyable. I will be going here again for my next car. I would recommend this dealer everyday of the week. I can also say they're the best car dealer I have EVER been to hands down.
Very fast and friendly service. The salesman was able to explain to me everything I asked when I asks questions about the jeep he was able to answer. And I will bring my business back to Morlan for my next purchase
