Got a good deal on a very low mileage Ford Maverick. Salesperson was low key. Didn’t get as much as I deserved for the trade in.

We went to parts to get a key fob fixed, but had to purchase a new one. I was able to get someone to program the new key fob, our service advisor did not know how, he said service would have to do that, but the lady in parts said she could & someone else came over and a guy did it in about 5 min or less, so that was very helpful. We ended up purchasing a new used car. Our salesman was great, but we did have to come back in to sign something because something was missed when we signed paperwork.

Joe was great to work with and the experience was above and beyond. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. Service here was amazing! They aren’t pushy while you’re looking around, but are super helpful and responsive when you have any questions. I personally worked with Eric while purchasing my car and he was awesome answering the many questions I had throughout the process (thank you Eric!). This is a great dealership!! We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. Easy buying process with Jalen, but I have always taken issue with dealerships using the term the selling ?at cost?. It?s an unnecessary sales tool to pull out of your salesperson kit.

That was the easiest new car purchase I have EVER made. Art was the salesman. He was perfect because he owned the same model I was buying. No pressure. No hassles. Are you ready for this? No add-ons. That was a battle I was dreading. Nope, no worries. Price came in at what I was hoping it would. Wow, all the trials and tribulations I have been going through and I just needed to go to Earnhardt.
