There is lot of Aloha spirit and team work here. We certainly loved that. The sales team listened to what we were looking for in our car & our budget. The recommendations of each suggested cars were on point. As we talked even more of our needs & the type of the car taught we were looking for our Salesman suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for. #1 priority was gas efficiency since I would be driving from one side of the island to the other side on a daily basis. The Hyundai Ioniq was the perfect fit for a small family of 4. Again Mahalo to everyone that helped us.

I absolutely love working with Henry and Ken! They make purchasing or leasing a vehicle so painless! This is the fourth time that I have had the pleasure of buying a car at Tony Hyundai, and I highly recommend that you go there if you are looking for a vehicle! Even their manager, Allan, was easy to work with. And my brand new Hyundai Santa Fe is perfect, too!
Thank you to Henry Murillo and the staff at Tony Hyundai for making our second purchase a painless event!! We bought an Elantra GT in May 2018 and yesterday bought a Veloster 2.0. Everyone at Tony Hyundai is so courteous and friendly. Other dealerships have ignored us in the past because we wear very casual clothing. The staff at Tony Hyundai does not judge based upon appearances and we appreciate that courtesy. We have never felt pressured to make a purchase at Tony Hyundai, and that's one of the many reasons we decided to buy another car from them. Thank you also to Jack Wolfanger with being so kind and explaining all of the financial paperwork. At another dealership in the past, we felt that the person helping us was condenscending and questioned us paying in cash. Unlike other brands, Hyundai provides a 10 year/100,000 miles Power Train warranty, roadside assistance (free) for five years, and many ala carte items (other brands) are provided as a standard on the base models (ie: rear-view camera, alloy wheels, Apple Play, and many more). Go to Tony Hyundai for your next car, you won't regret it.

From the moment I set foot onto the Hyundai lot, Gary Malone extended to me all the convience, courtesy, expertise, and product knowledge I could ever ask for. Returned here to upgrade 2013 Elantra to 2018 Tucson. Ken Smiley again put the deal together. Help from Sean and Allan was great. Jack finalized all the documents efficiently. Overall great experience, start to finish. May go back soon to get another vehicle.
Jave is very helpful and nice during the process of buying my car. He was patient and very friendly. Also he did his best for me to bring home the car that i really wanted. He explained everything about my car and the functions inside the car. I haven't encountered a sales person explaining everything. Look for Jave when you want to buy a car at Hyundai because he still communicates with you even after you buy your car.
I just recently purchased a vehicle from Aloha Kia Honolulu and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They even drove me to the bank and back and washed my vehicle before I left the lot. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Aloha Kia .
The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.
Jessica is awesome! She is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The day I came in , she was the only one working the intake desk. She handled all the customers and more! I wish someone had stepped up to handle the next person in line (kind of like they do in the stores when lines are long). Not that Jessica couldn't handle it-it was that she shouldn't have to handle it on a Saturday when there are more people coming in for service.
Ruel provided help in a courteous and respectful manner through the entire sale and purchase of my new car. He did not pressure me for the sale while early in the process I informed him I was only interested in learning about the cars, my options, and test driving the car. Once I decided buy the car, he helped me find the model, trim, and color that I wanted. With the inventory available at the time this was not easy. He found the car I wanted and it was brought to the dealership and prepared within a day. Kevin worked with me on the purchase price to come up with something that worked for me and the dealership. I found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone.
The staff at the service Department was awesome and professional, did a fantastic job, coffee bar was awesome as you wait for your car the coffee Cafe came in handy and the new decore was real European
Hi everything was good. Sunshine was amazing as usual. Rob was very helpful also. One thing we didn???t do was link the new account on the portal.
