This is the only car dealership that I will work with. It is not close to my home, but I don’t mind traveling just because of the service that I received in the dealership and at the Service Center. They truly care about their customers and it shows!

Whole deal was negotiated over text while I was at work. Showed up at 5, drove it, signed, home by 7:15. If you know what you want, don't waste a whole Saturday like I used to.

Had an amazing experience with Nissan in Hackensack. I worked with Daniel, who was honest, fair and worked with all of my requests! I also got to meet the sales manager, Tony who is very kind. Typically car buying is a challenge for me, but I walked away happy with my purchase and the top-quality service I received.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Quick. Priced right. Dependable. Courteous. I went in for an oil change and asked not to have my car washed or cleaned because I was in a rush back to office. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They respected my wishes and delivered an outstanding service. I will keep coming back.

Trevor went above and beyond from the time introduced himself until the time I drive off of the lot. I told him what I wanted and he delivered expeditiously. I will never go anywhere else for a car. First time customer and I’m overly satisfied

I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.

Armand was very professional through out the process. We did not want to spend several hours in the dealership so we took care of most of the details via phone and then went in to sign and pick up vehicle. Brilliant!!!
