¿I arrived for my 1st visit with Glendale Infiniti Service with my engine light on & 3 injectors not operating properly causing the engine to miss = poor performance. ¿ Amazingly within 50 minutes, your technician fixed the problem with no more malfunctioning injectors verified by a smoothly operating engine & no more engine light. ¿And this was done without any charge which still has me stunned!! ¿Because of the injectors issued, there was no way the car would pass a smog test, then past due. ¿Yesterday (Saturday) the car passed its smog test = Hallajulah!!!! ¿To cut to the chase, I now have a new home to keep my Classic '94 Q45t in top operating conditions. ¦¦THANK YOU VERY MUCH GLENDALE INFINITI.

I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage. The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

very attentive. Ricardo was awesome, I had called that morning around 830am. I spoke to him and advised him that a maintenance alert had come on and was thinking about taking my car in. He let me know that it was a friendly reminder and if had time that morning he would take care of it for me. I drove the car there (as there was no real problem) and was already done with the service and inspection by 1030a.They also washed my car thank you guys .

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.

My service advisor Sam was awesome! I explained to him the concerns with my car in addition to the brake replacement and regular service it needed. He was attentive and made sure that the work on my car was completed within the time he quoted me as I waited in the waiting area. The waiting area was clean, well stocked with water, tea, coffee, and yummy fresh-baked cookies. Not to mention I was able to work on a few things on my laptop with the complimentary wifi service.

This car is so fun to drive. It is very responsive and comfortable! It has navigation with traffic and all the bells and whistles. The only drawback is the small back seat but this is really not a problem for us.

Purchased this vehicle at Beaty Chevrolet with only 26,000 miles on it and it runs like a brand new one that has never touched pavement. When you play your favorite music the whole car makes you feel like you are at a concert and the handle and feel of this vehicle when you drive is smooth. Will not buy another make. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

This being online only,i was a bit wary, but they ave a huge inventry and great prices. i did't feel like haggling with a typical dealer, so decided to do it from my couch. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I chose Infinity based on the outstanding reviews, I chose this car for it's sleek style. She's a convertible with a backseat and full trunk which is rare. It's my 1st sporty car, the tight suspension has taken some getting used to but the comfort of the seats and spaciousness is wonderful. Things I would change? The location of the USB port is very awkward, the cupholders will barely fit 2 smaller cups;, the seat air/heat is rather noisy, otherwise, I'm very happy with this car.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I've owned over 40 cars, including several Mercedes, Jaguars, and other high-end vehicles. The Infiniti Q60 convertible compares well with the best of them. It has thrilling response in acceleration, a smoothly shifting automatic, and a nice tight grip on the road. Interior appointments are of high quality, with plush heated and cooled leather seats, very readable gauges, and relatively intuitive controls for the various electronic features. I've only a few minor complaints, and even those are pretty commonly shared with similarly priced luxury convertibles. The cup-holders are not well thought out--though not as poorly done as the Mercedes SLKs or the Jaguar XKRs I've owned. Infiniti would also do well to install all-season performance tires from the factory, rather than summer tires. I swapped mine out immediately for Michelin Pilot A/S 3s, but I've been told others are equally pleased with some of the Hankook products. When purchasing this particular car, I compared it with similarly priced Mercedes SLKs and E350 Cabriolets, as well as Porsche Boxters and Jaguar XKs. I'm not a BMW guy, but if you're looking for convertibles in general, that's another option. Of course, there is not much leg room or head room in the back seat, but it's a hard-top convertible with a raking roof line--so no surprise there. On the positive side--I'm 6' 6" and find the front seats very comfortable, both in leg room and head room. And unlike most convertibles, visibility is good in all directions.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.
