Vehicle meets and exceeds expectations. Very quiet, virtually maintenance free with the exception of the passenger side seat heater. We are working with our Dealer to resolve.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Heidi was easy to work with and knowledgeable of the Infiniti vehicles to help us a great choice in selecting a vehicle.

Bought a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid over the weekend. Our salesperson, Marvin Cameron, was very good. He understood our requirements and showed us all the cars we were interested in. He did not pressure us into buying a different car, adding unnecessary options, insurance, etc. However their business manager was a jerk and rude. Came across as could not care less whether we bought a car or not. Did not answer questions courteously and pressured us to prepay for maintenance which we promptly declined. There was a little bit of a good guy bad guy act between Marvin (good guy) and the business manager (bad guy). Marvin told us the interest rate was lower than what we finally received and Marvin also told us more free oil changes were included. The business manager blamed Marvin for being misinformed. Not very professional of him either. They did not budge on the price either. We paid $501 less than MSRP. Would recommend the dealership and Marvin but please pay attention to details

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

This is the 2nd new Kia we’ve bought at Lupient. Marvin Cameron was great to work with - he’s very knowledgeable, patient and got us a great deal. Love the service at Lupient, too.

Comfort, power, space, looks - the Infiniti GX80 has it all for my family. We needed space and we got it. Infiniti added style and comfort. I'm very happy with this vehicle - both on the highway and around town.

3/3/2025 I bought a another car from Honda in waukesha David has helped me out again and disappoint me. David was so kind and understanding and didnt pressure me in to anything. If you want a car Wilde Honda of Waukesha is the place to go to. Ask for David trust me you will not be disappointed. This car is one of the best cars I have ever owned. The ride is smooth and interior is one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. I have about 50k miles on the car and the engine has performed flawlessly. Have only had to spend on normal maintenance.

We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. I had an accident and had not had an accident in years and had to buy a used car. victor made the whole experience much easier considering how difficult it was to have been through that severe an accident. For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Sales people were nice and friendly . I thought I ended up with a good deal on my trade and buying a new vehicle . They need to get better coffee.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

I love it , comfortable very smooth drive. I have a long drive to work and now I joy driving my car because its so comfortable.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.
