The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
While I'm not a fan of purchasing vehicles from dealerships, I would definitely make the exception for these guys again. Traveled all the way down from Oregon to pick up a car from Oscar. Great experience all around. The whole team was helpful in ensuring we were comfortable with the vehicle without even seeing it in person. It was exactly as described and my wife and 3 kids love driving around in it now. Highly recommended.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat. That is kind of what you expect from car dealers, but emotionally we were really having a hard time with it. When we went into the Infinity dealership we could not believe the causal, friendly environment there. We were greeted and then left to walk around alone and see what we liked. When we had questions, Steven was right there to answer but he wasn???t dogging us all over the lot. Once we felt like we had found the right car, Steven encouraged us to take our time. What sales person does that? At the other dealers we felt like we were surrounded by hungry salespeople that were pushing what they wanted onto us. Steven was like a family member. The color wanted wasn???t there and Steven happily drove to the Bay Area and picked it up free of charge. When we picked it up, the GPS didn???t work. Steven immediately gave us a loaner and offered to drive our out to us first thing in the morning (2 hours away). It is not just that they took care of us, they made us feel like they were happy to do it. If you want a great buying experience, that is the place to do it!
We worked with Sarah Farinsky and the Costco auto program. Sarah was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the QX50's features. There was no pressure and the Costco auto program seems to have gotten us the best price with no hassle. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever had. Had an appointment with the sales manager (Steven), he even touched bases with me that morning. Sarah was assigned to us for the sale and consultant on the car we were interested in. From beginning to end it only took about 2 1/2 hours and that included walking us through the important features and what we might use the most. We couldn't be happier with this dealership. I despise car sales reps... I really do so when I searched online for the car I wanted and got several phone calls from pushy sales reps at several local dealerships, I was turned off. Esther at Roseville Infiniti was the only person who took the time to ask what I like, what I wanted, personal preferences, etc. She followed up regularly, nicely... not pushy. She gave me a few weeks when we had family things we were addressing. She called me to let me know she had the car I'd been looking for in stock and invited me in to drive it. She was GREAT. I gave her my business because she EARNED my business. :-)
