What an amazing experience! The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. When approached San Diego Land Rover that I was going with someone else, they immediately, assisted me with what I wanted and honored the deal. Thank you....

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

I am late to the game writing about this car. I bought a 2010 in 2014 with 18000 miles on it. it now has about 55K miles on it and i plan to keep it in the family until the wheels fall off. I am no expert on driving SUV's but when I drove it i was hooked. Overall it really is a great car. Two complaints: mediocre gas mileage especially around town, and can be a bit sluggish when pushed hard. have had two weird problems that required attention. 1. the radiator blew out and had to be replaced. 2. not sure how to describe this but water was saturating the driver's side floor board, and it was traced to the drain lines getting clogged. go figure. Overall: Highly recommended.

The Truck i got at Legend still runs Great , Flex Fuel Burns Cleaner so the engine is still very brand new clean ,seriously , and Getting the new plates took a speedy 1 day from William at legend once received from dmv , The same clean undamaged Interior I Found on the lot has held up to Use no developing or hidden wear ,Still very happy with the purchase

This car is very comfortable and is reliable. Great condition. It is garage kept since purchase. This auto is accident free. Interior still looks new.
