I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. It was a pleasure working with them. We will consider them 1st on our next purchase. We appreciate you Dart Motors!

This rig is tight and comfortable as xxxx. It drives tight and handles like it is nobody's business. Yea it does not have remote start and navigation system. I just have to get a 2019 Infiniti pure base that is. I did not pay attention about those amenities. It is not a big loss. You can get a navigation sysem for nothing. And remote start in the winter time I suppose can a be a great thing to have. As you can warm up your car before hand. I guess it is not the end of the world. But the rest this behicle is cat's meow.

Fun to drive only problem is the outdated infotainment system. i havent had any other issues with it. good if you know how to use the dual clutch

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

10/10 if I could, everyone there was attentive and answered all our questions. In and out with a new car in 2 hours flat.

Is good reliable luxury car.Little expensive on gas as is need premium and in city 16.4 gallon/100miles.Perhaps not suitable for daily driving to work?Unless you don’t count every penny.

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.
