I did not have an appointment when I took my vehicle in, as it was due to a strange noise that I noted on my drive to work that morning. The service department (Chad) was gracious to accept my vehicle and called me a few hours later with a diagnosis that it needed to have new brakes installed. My vehicle was ready to be picked up a few hours after that. I'm happy with the service and the work performed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
