Bought used, great gas mileage on highway runs, avg 32mpg Not sure why adaptive cruise control wasn't incorporated, Jaguar got it backwards??, they have a setting you set at speed desired, and it won't allow you to exceed that set speed ??? Actually dangerous option !!! Interior is clean, luxurious, body style is smooth and aerodynamic looking . 4 cyd turbo 25t AWD R Sport version is quick off the line, a smooth, now and then you will hear the kitten purr, but this cat can growl too. On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

2009 Jaguar XJ review
I have always like the styling of Jaguars, yet have never purchased one due to concerns about their reliability. When I noticed the price difference between a Mercedes Benz S550 and a XJ8, I immediately looked further into a Jaguar. When I went to test drive the XJ, I was impressed with how direct the steering response was, and how I felt engaged when I was behind the wheel. The car soaks up potholes and road imperfections like a sponge, and has seats with excellent lumbar support. My absolute favorite part about this car is the way it looks, inside and out. The Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus big sedans are all very boring looking, and kind of ugly. They all look as though they have to prove something to someone. The Jaguar XJ however, seems kind of content with itself, not trying to prove anything. I really love the lines on the side of the car, and especially the character lines on the hood. The inside is lovely, mine with beige leather with navy piping and beautiful burled wood inlays. The technology is not the most state of the art, but it is much easier to use than anything I have come across. I chose the color Radiance. It is a dark red and looks absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny day. The engine does lack horsepower, but the car is lightweight because it is made from aluminum, so it actually is quite quick, and economical. In the city, I get about 18 mpg. On the highway however, I get 28 miles per gallon. (Yes, I am serious.) I love my Jaguar XJ. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for such a vehicle, and absolutely love my daily commute to the office in my beautiful Jaguar XJ.

2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
Overall it?s great. It doesn?t come with Apple play but I can for go that feature considering it didn?t always work in other cars and trucks I?ve driven. My E-Pace S is comfortable find to drive and loaded with nice features. Love how it was designed inside and out. It?s my first Jaguar and I don?t think I?ll be buying any other kind of vehicles if Jaguar vehicles stay like this or get better!

2008 Jaguar S-Type review
My 2008 S-Type Jaguar is far and away the best car I have owned over the past 50 years. A beautiful build, plenty of power, loads of amenities and problem free.....drives like a Jaguar! 2017 Jaguar F-PACE review
Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

2023 Jaguar F-PACE review
I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with 11,000 miles just over six months ago, and it has completely transformed how much I drive. I used to average 12,000 miles a year in my non-performance vehicles, but with this Jaguar, I’m now clocking nearly 20,000 miles a year simply because I enjoy driving it so much. Whenever I have a tough day, stepping into my F-Pace SVR and starting the engine instantly lifts my spirits. Everything about this SUV is remarkable—the exhaust note, the drive modes, the interior features—it’s all a joy to experience. I’ve never been a fan of using paddle shifters, but this vehicle changed that for me. Merging onto the highway in Sport mode, paddle-shifting through the gears, and hearing the exhilarating chainsaw-like upshifts from the ZF8 transmission is pure adrenaline—it takes me back to feeling like a kid discovering speed for the first time. Though Jaguar is discontinuing its current lineup, I highly recommend grabbing an F-Pace SVR while you still can. A couple of personal tips: I opted for leather performance seats over Alcantara, and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic, are easy to clean, and have the bonus of seat cooling—perfect for summer. If I had to nitpick a downside, I’d echo what others have mentioned about the hood shaking slightly at higher speeds. While it’s noticeable, it doesn’t bother me, and I’ve come to think of it as a design choice to enhance airflow during high-performance driving. If you’re on the fence about this SUV, don’t hesitate—it’s an incredible vehicle, and I promise you won’t be disappointed

2007 Jaguar XK review
I have two Jaguars. The first a 2001 XK8, I bought in 2015 from the original owner. The 2nd, a 2007 XK, I bought after the original owner traded it in to a dealer in Oregon. I had it shipped to me in Alabama. Both are a similar Pacific Blue, the 07 being Indigo Blue, slightly darker. The 01 has Ivory interior, the 07 has beige. The 01 has quite a bit of recurring maintenance from a host of items that needed redesigning, which was accomplished on the 07. Everything needed was done. The big differences between the two cars is trunk space and cabin space. The 07 Cabin accommodates a taller person where the trunk on the 01 would hold a VW Beetle and easily close. I redesigned the 01 upper shock mounts and rebuilt the mounts with new polyurethane bushings that should outlast me. I have replaced them with OEM 3 times since 2015. That chirping sound you hear is the shock mounts, metal to metal chirping. Anyway, the 01 XK8 is a nice automobile that needs near constant attention. The 07 XK is a Super Luxury GT sports car that is easy to maintain and so far, bulletproof. Nothing that I have driven in it's class compares equally. Everything else has a harsher ride and are regular sports cars. I have owned Corvettes, BMW's, Acura's, Mercedes and Porsche's. None compare. So far, I've had people compliment me on my Miata (the 01) and Corvette (both the 01 & the 07)... Jaguar is a brand of only a few in my location... very rare and no one knows what it is... up close, they just can't read, I guess. The guy was staring at the Jaguar emblem when he called it the best looking Miata he had ever seen. LOL!

1994 Jaguar XJS review
I've had my 1994 Xjs 4.0L for over 15 years. It came to me from the original owner in near perfect condition with only 70,000 miles and full service records from day 1. I now have 268,000 miles on the clock and with routine maintenance, this car hasn't skipped a beat. It still passes smog checks. I'm in the process of a full suspension R&R.

2023 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I've only had it a few weeks. So, can't speak to reliability. But design, inside a d out, is fabulous. Engine performance (and sound) is great. Ride is a bit more calm than I expected, which is nice since this is mostly a GT for me. But, even with that forgiveness, it is planted in corners. Great blend. I won't be doing track days, so the 450 is all I need. Value is debatable for a car/toy like this. But, I have no buyer remorse, so that says something!

1969 Jaguar XKE review
If you are buying an XKE for comfort or speed look elsewhere. If you are looking for a beautiful car that will only go up in value the XKE is for you. Why would anyone spend the same amount on a new Corvette that will depreciate the second it leaves the showroom. Why spend that much on a car that is as common as a Toyota? I guess if you want to race people at the stop light then go for the Vette. If you are satisfied with only going 150n MPH in the most beautiful car ever made then the XKE is a better choice IMHO.

2014 Jaguar XJ review
Most fun car I've had since my 85 Vette. Beautiful design that gets tons of attention. Elegant interior reeks of style and class. Unexpected performance from the 3.0 Supercharged engine that will leave others in your dust. I have put over 60,000 miles on the car and have not had any maintenance issues. Overall I could not rate this car any higher. Love it!

2021 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.

2021 Jaguar F-PACE review
I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.
