Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
came to Chapman Ford and met Fred Bell. He was super nice and very helpful .This was the first car I was buying since my Fiance passed away and Fred was very knowledgeable.He made the process easy and not as stressful as I thought . I would recommend him to my family and friends
A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner.
Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story)
We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business.
Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra,not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy.
We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon.
Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots.
I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time.
ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected.
Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request!
Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle
NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!!
Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!!
Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper!
The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people!

I had a very bad experience at the Brown Daub Kia store when I owed more on the car then it was worth and they told me to keep it or sell it and if that doesn't work the bank would take it back. That sounded fishy to me and I left I always liked the look of the Cherokee so I left and went to Brown Daub Jeep and met Joey. Joey was good to me and helped me find a nice cherokee and traded my car no problem and paid it off. I know they are the same company but how could Joey help me and not the other store but Joey was honest and helped me. I would refer my friends and family to see joey who helped me when nobody else did. trust joey and the people at jeep avoid the kia store and thank you to david in finance he helped me too and answered my questions.
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
My buying process was exceptionally quick as I walked in the door knowing exactly which car I wanted but my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that I asked if he though it smelled like smoke because it had a definite odor to it. He told me he didn’t think so but the minute two other people sat in it they said it did and a minute later I saw a cigarette burn in the passenger seat.
Had my truck for year found a problem with the rear sensors in the bumper talk to the sales manager Bob at Bergey Dodge The repairs would have cost me money out of my pocket because I found the problem and pointed it out there fixing all the sensors at their cost very please with that Bergeys stands behind their customers
The service department is staffed with friendly and helpful personnel. Questions are answered in a timely fashion. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. I can be sure that they’ll take my car for repair the next day. In a pinch, they’ll take it the same day.
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 s from Quigley Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. All of the people who i talked with were very helpful. It was a positive enjoyable experience. After shopping around I bought a new car from Bergey because They don’t play pricing games like other dealers. They have friendly knowledgeable staff. If they don’t have the vehicle you want on their lot they will get it for you.
i called for four days asking for photos of a car that they said they had on the lot. On the fourth day i called back and demanded photos, the representative told me they had updated the cars.com post with picture. so i immediately went on to cars.com and the listing for that car was removed. i then called the actually dealer and they said they had sold the car a while back. gave me the run around and false hopes for nothing.
