White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

The SUV is what I expected. I use it for a daily driver and it is comfortable. I got the V6, which is fine for cruising, but the tranny is as disappointing as most review state it is. The car feels solid and safe.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Honda Bel Air! After a terrible experience (at another dealership), being told that my Honda CRV needed new brakes, new tires, new timing belt, all new filters, and an onslaught of other random things totall $4,000 I was beside myself!! I had purchased this CRV 2 years ago from another dealership and had dealt with Andrew Miller (the general manager) ??? he was so wonderful, I contacted him to ask would be it possible I that I needed all these things. Now when I contacted Andrew I was in Florida (where I live for 50% of the year) and I was about to drive 1200 miles home (to Delaware) and was terrified to drive my car. He assured me that since the last time I got the car serviced it was not possible to have all those things wrong with my CRV. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Andrew (the general manager) I am sure he is so busy running a dealership, but he made me feel at ease and as if I was the only (crazy) customer he had to take care of. I made the drive from Florida safe and was met by Andrew upon my arrival at the dealership.. he introduced me to Chrissy (the service manager). The kindness, and professionalism did not stop at Andrew??? Chrissy was a total doll. Chrissy assured me that they would look over every inch of the CRV and take good care of me, and they did. Long story short, my CRV got an oil change and new tires and that is all she needed. Every person at the dealership was so kind, friendly and wonderful to deal with!!! I will continue to make the hour dive to have my car serviced at Heritage.. you can not put a price on honesty and peace of mind! Thank you so much Andrew, Chrissy & the entire Heritage Honda team!

On Wednesday, 6/22, my check engine light came on. I called the service dept. and they told me they were busy and to bring the car in on Tuesday, 6/26. On Friday I was concerned about the light being on and wondered if I should be driving it, so I stopped in your service dept. and Mr. Solly Schwartzman hooked up a meter and after reading the results, told me that I could drive the car as long as the light wasn't blinking. On Tuesday, 6/26 I arrived at the service department about 7:45 a.m. and presented my car for service. It took them until about 2 p.m. to do the work while I waited. As I drove the car home I could feel a BIG difference it the way the motor was running. Today, Wednesday, 6/27 I drove it the most AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The car's engine runs smoother and has more pep than it has had since new. THANKS . . . THANKS . . . AND ANOTHER BIG THANKS!

Horrible 9 speed transmission!

Oh where do I start. I got my Jeep last May and it's been one issue after the next starting with the 9 speed transmission. All issues started at 500 miles. I had 2 quick learns done for the jerky transmission, that didnt work then they put in a new valve body that helped some until now I'm only at 11k have had a TCM and PCM update and trans is still hesitant. Have had the radio replaced which is unfortunately extremely common issue in Jeeps now days. New battery at 9k and constant issues with my tires. Each time I get a tire rotation my tires need to be balanced and have to get my alignment done. Hate me Jeep and cant wait to get rid of it. I never take it anywhere only to work and back.

My wife and I stopped in here just to browse their used inventory right after leaving CarMax. I wanted to trade in my SUV with 178,000 miles. CarMax offered $3500 for my vehicle and Koons gave me $4,000. After checking out a few new cars with Seth, I told him I wanted to be in a very specific price range. WIthout being pressured in any way, we sat down with Seth and searched through the inventory that I felt comfortable in. We browsed through the cars and ended up identifying 3 vehicles we were interested in. The first was a LOADED Ford Flex. I stopped looking after I saw how well kept the Flex was and how cheap it was. It was on a 'Manager's Special" and discounted $3,000. Seth was super cool and was very straight-up with us. Once we decided on a vehicle, the rest of the paperwork went by pretty fast. I'm now driving a much better vehicle with way less miles, and I'm almost paying the same amount as I was before. Seth was awesome! Stop in and see him if you are thinking about getting a new car!
