Umansky Toyota review
Gabe was great. Best car buying experience I have had. At Umansky, they were not pushy at all. They listened, did not hide anything, and negotiations went smooth and at a good pace. There was no disappearing acts or waiting games. Ella in finance also was professional and informational. Would recommend Umansky!

Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

Caitlyn Sadowske and her associates at Ewald Dodge in Oconomowoc made the purchase of my new Durango one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. She listened intently and communicated throughout the process, focusing on my needs and concerns and alleviating them one by one. She was the consummate professional and I recommend her and Manager Pete Espinoza highly!

I have a lot of vehicle purchases under my belt and this team has without a doubt been the best. They have earned our business for years to come. Thanks to everyone on the team for making us feel like more than just a sale.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!
