Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
Working with Ann and Waleed was absolutely amazing!!! They made us feel comfortable with our new car buying experience. We really appreciated their expertise and knowledge of Subaru vehicles. I really enjoyed the fact that they took the time to get to know us, they asked about our family and kids, and how we will utilize our new vehicle. With all this information, they were able to show us some great vehicles and finalize our decision. We love our new Subaru!

andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Russell and Smith has given me great customer service since the first day I walked in looking at cars two years ago. They take care of their customers who are just walking in or who have made an appointment and the wait time is always reasonable. Beat dealership in Houston
Made the car buying process so easy. Had all the info from cars.com so I just needed to see the car in person. Didn’t try to upsale me, and didn’t try to convince me to finance through them. Played no games about added fees, they actually overestimated the additional fees so when I got the final price it was less than expected. “JD” the Used Car Online Sales Manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that this was the car for us. I will definitely be considering coming to this dealership in the future for my other vehicles.
Over the course of two months Gene and Leo did an awesome job helping find the perfect Maserati for me. I can't even remember how many times I was in their showroom, on the phone or exchanging emails with those guys. Let's just say it was a lot, and they always made the time to treat me as if I was the only customer they were working with! Gene and Leo are very laid back and truly want to make sure you leave the dealership happy. No high pressure sales with these guys. They made shopping for my car a very enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend you trust them to help you if it's a Maserati or Alpha Romeo you're looking for. Thanks Guys!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
