Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
Working with Ann and Waleed was absolutely amazing!!! They made us feel comfortable with our new car buying experience. We really appreciated their expertise and knowledge of Subaru vehicles. I really enjoyed the fact that they took the time to get to know us, they asked about our family and kids, and how we will utilize our new vehicle. With all this information, they were able to show us some great vehicles and finalize our decision. We love our new Subaru!
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.
Made the car buying process so easy. Had all the info from cars.com so I just needed to see the car in person. Didn’t try to upsale me, and didn’t try to convince me to finance through them. Played no games about added fees, they actually overestimated the additional fees so when I got the final price it was less than expected. “JD” the Used Car Online Sales Manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that this was the car for us. I will definitely be considering coming to this dealership in the future for my other vehicles.
I arrived at the time of my regular maintenance appointment - the walkaround was quick but thorough, and the wait was exactly what I expected. The woman at the desk kept me informed, told me as they were finishing up, and everyone was just pleasant!
Volvo West Houston did an excellent job all around with the purchase of a wonderful car. They made the whole experience so welcoming and very smooth. We met Lee Carter when we first went to Audi to look at the Q5's. What a great struck of luck that was. I have never had a better experience with a car salesperson. Not only was Lee pleasant and knowledgeable, but he made great efforts to understand our needs and preferences and became an advocate for us in the process. I never felt pushed, but always felt supported.
