This is our second vehicle purchase from Wickstrom and Eric Jensen. After we made our first purchase I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else and work with any other salesman. Once again we can't say how great Eric made the entire process. Thank you so much for always making the process a no-hassle easy experience.
If anyone is looking for great pricing on beautiful cars then you have to check out the Wickstrom Chrysler, Jeep,Dodge in Barrington and talk to Jared because he is awesome! I have worked with him previously and I won’t go to anyone else. I always hated going into dealerships but with Jared I never felt pressured to buy and he always made sure that I walk away getting what I really wanted for a great price. He really listens and treats you like family. Jared made the whole process from start to finish as painless as possible. All I did was text him and he did everything for me. He found me the perfect car that was new, and for a price that was way less then what I was paying. He knows me well enough to know what I like and he literally did everything for me. I am totally thrilled with the car I bought again today. Every time I have worked with Jared I have walked away totally happy and got everything I wanted for an extremely low price and the best rate. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great prices and quality people to work with. Jared saved me so much on my car that I was able to include all the extra fun stuff I wanted to include but was afraid I couldn’t afford. I walked away with everything I wanted.
Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.
We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
Came in looking for a new truck. I've had my current Ram truck for 10 years, and it was time for an upgrade. They gave me a great for for my truck I was reading on and a great deal on the truck a was buying! Overall great experience! Thanks to Chris, our salesman, for helping us with this process!
I was in search of a specific make, model and year...and found it online at Liberty Auto City. It was well worth the two-hour round trip, as I found exactly what was listed, at a fair price. Salesman Dan M. and Finance Manager Kevin were friendly and helpful through the entire process. I was particularly pleased that they honored my independent purchase inspection recommendations. I am very happy with my purchase and my overall experience.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

let me start of by saying thank you to Chase Seufzer! This young man is very knowledgeable and the epitome of excellence in customer service. Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.
I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
