I have never taken my 2012 Fiat 500C Pop anywhere else. Tony is extremely knowledgeable an has never tried to 'up the price.' I bent a rim hitting a pot hole last year. Tony made and appointment for me the next day on my lunch hour. I took it in and within 15 minutes I had a new rim! I thought it would cost a fortune but I was wrong. Including the new hub cap, I paid less than $65 dollars. When I took it in for a burnt out headlight, I was done in less than 10 minutes. I see how busy they are and expect to wait a long time for my car to be serviced but I have been pleasantly surprised at how quick things move. About a month ago my car would not start. I call Tony and he said if I could get a jump to bring it right into the shop. The way I was parked at work it would be impossible to jump it. Tony was such a big help and gave me the number to the Fiat Road Service who was going to tow it in for me for free. When they got to my work, the driver confirmed it was my battery, took out his battery box and it started. I immediately took it to Carman and Tony ran a full scan of the engine to be 100% sure nothing else was wrong. He came in and told me the scan could take up to 30-45 minutes. It was done within 30 minutes and my new battery was installed. The entire wait time was about 40 minutes. I won't ever take my Fiat any where else. Tony and the team are the best I've ever dealt with. Quick to schedule appointments, they work around my schedule, stay late to finish a job, open late some days. What more could I ask for?
