Hertz was my first stop of the day for car shopping. I had checked their website and saw a great selection of cars. My salesman was Chuck, who did an outstanding job as we test drove multiple vehicles before I found the one. From there it was easy, chuck kept me informed throughout the day on the status of the vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I would recommend buying your car from chuck at hertz.

Ed, the finance manager was patient in answering any of my questions and very informative. This vehicle very comfy, small an cute for a jeep. Been that I just got it, still trying to flex its muscles, but overall its a beautiful running car.
Jeanine Diehl is wonderful! She made our first car buying experience so seamless that we went back to her for our second. She is extremely knowledgeable and only wants what is best for the customer. We would go to her again!

Well I had to drive it home in the dark and today it’s a mixture of snow sleet and rain , so I’m excited to be able to enjoy it when the weather clears up

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
Service was done in a timely manner with courtesy and smiles. Oil change, tire rotation and a wash made for a good car day. No breakfast treats, but the hot chocolate was wonderful! Thank you!
A nice car overall. Comfortable on trips.

This car is an excellent value compared to others the same size and features. Does not have all the fancy gadgets and touchscreens, but those are more things to go wrong. Gas mileage is fair. CVT automatic takes some time to get used to, but likeable.
They Staff at Aiport Kia was top notch, Blake helped me get the car i could afford with everything that i wanted. Easy, painless, and efficient process. And i LOVE my 2019 Kia Forte, it was my first new car buying experience and they made me every step of the way and guided me in the direction I needed. It was an overall great experience and I highly recommend Airport Kia to anyone looking for a new car! Ask for Blake!

The Jeep Compass is a nice looking vehicle. It is a Smooth ride with Comfortable seating. It has a Wisely planned interior. The Perfect size for single or small family. Great mileage.
I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.

I have owned my Jeep Compass for 4 days and so far I ave enjoyed the space, the smooth drive it offers. I especially like the big dials for the radio vplume controls.
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

My jeep is wonderful. It is not a small tiny car but it is not a large SUV either. It is just the right size. Small enough to be easily driven everywhere and big enough to cart all kinds of stuff everywhere. The only thing I dont like is that it is black. When I bought it I did not realize every flaw shows up on a black car. My fault and not the fault of my jeep.
My rating is based on Craig???s work. He answered all my questions. He walked through the lot and looked at every truck with me until I found the one I wanted.
Electrical Problems from the First 20 Miles

The Jeep is beautiful, & gets great gas mileage, but it has major electric problems. It doesn’t crank a lot of the time. I just have to sit there from 5-15 minutes pressing the button trying to get it to turn on. The screen messes up a lot. Also, it’s not an AWD, but it literally got stuck sitting in my yard.
I am so disappointed & unhappy. I have an appointment scheduled with the dealership to get it looked at, but I really just want to give it back. I’m not happy.
We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes. Zach was knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, came back within 10 minutes with their best deal. We GREATLY appreciated not having to go back and forth playing the game. (In the past year, we also purchased a Chevy Colorado from another dealership and was there for 3.5 hours (it took an hour just in the negotiating part.)
Everyone from start to finish was great to work with. We were in and out in less than 2 hours - it all went so smoothly. We would highly recommend Galeana Fiat and Zach Hayes.

I've owned this vehicle since I purchased it new in April 2013 and it has exceeded my expectations. Comfortable to drive, great gas mileage. looks nice inside and out and I have had minimal problems. Highly recommend.
I have bought and traded a lot of vehicles in my time,and have always hated the experience of dealing with car salesmen,until now. Joe Jessie was the best,most professional,patient,salesman I have ever dealt with. He even called and took care of my insurance,I have never had that done before,AWESOME experience has changed my mind on bad rap that car salesmen get. Mitch in financing was just as awesome.

I think the Jeep Compass is a great buy. Perfect size for a small SUV and overall great style. It picks up fast and drives and handles well. Nice interior and for the price is unbeatable.
