I am a UT student, and was looking for something affordable and cheap on gas, like Hyundai Elantra or Kia Forte. I have never had any car payments in my life. I googled First Time Buying program and Cars 4 U was there. So I filled out online credit app on their website, and in 1 hour got a call from them with the good news. I went to the dealership and in one hour I drove home in my new car. Such an awesome experience! I never thought it could be that easy! On top the that - great customer service! If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Customer service was amazing. Best part, no pressure. Just me and my laptop, looking at all the cars until I found what I wanted. Just do your homework on the vehicle, you can't go wrong!!!!! Dealt with 3 other dealerships before being contacted by this one. Was well worth the 90 minute drive to deal with them. Talked to Miranda and Terry Flummer on the phone prior to my arrival. They were very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and took the time to look up what I needed. When I arrived at the dealership we worked with Frank Buster. He took the time to look up the truck information I needed to ensure it would pull and haul what we needed. There was no sales pressure. He gave us a fair deal and we left very satisfied with our new truck
It says a lot when you have nothing bad to say about a car dealership. At 3 am one day, I stumbled upon Metro Motors. I went in the next day to see the car. I fell in love with the inventory. They have nice cars with even better deals. All or most cars have a car fax and they are not secretive about the car history. They take real good care of the cars too. Everyone worked well with me. They worked with me and were very patient. I was very particular about a certain car that I wanted and not once did they try to bait and switch me. They kept me updated on the vehicle and finance offeres that I was eligible for. When the banks did not approve me because of no credit history, his lovely wife made sure to contact another source fhat said yes to me. As a first time car buyer, they made sure make this experience one that was worthwhile. I ended up getting the vehicle and left the lot as a very happy customer. They even drove the car to my home. They took time out of their personal lives to make sure that I was taken care of, and didn't make me feel bad for staying past closing time. I'm happy driving my dream car. Joe and his team are God sent, honest individuals. They work with integrity and want to make sure that you leave the lot in a vehicle that YOU want. I had been car shopping for about a week when I found the truck I wanted online at Short-Redmond Ford. At that point I'd been to multiple dealerships and was pretty fed up with dealership tactics. One dealership even politely kicked us out while negotiating a price and discussing warranties offered by a competitor. When I arrived at Short-Redmond Ford I braced myself for yet another onslaught of dealership shenanigans. I was introduced to George who turned out to be the least pushy salesman I'd met which was incredibly refreshing. I told him the truck I wanted and after a test drive we sat down to talk about it. There was really no haggling to be done. The truck was priced amazingly well (I know because I had spent a week poring over similar trucks within 150 mile radius). He showed me a printout of the trucks history as well as a list of similar trucks in the South East with their prices listed so I could see how it compared. It was a great deal. They also offered complimentary oil changes and other services with the purchase even though it was a used truck that wasn't a Ford. I've waited to write a review because honestly it went so smoothly and the dealership experience was so pleasant I was convinced I'd been swindled into buying a lemon. You know the old adage "if it looks too good to be true.....", but in this case it worked out. We're about 3 weeks out and I still love the truck. I would definitely recommend Short-Redmond Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
