My boyfriend bought me a car for my birthday. Well first we had gone to huffines Chevy in Plano where we had purchased a used trailblazer. When test driving we didn?t hear any issues with the car. Not even 30 minutes after having the car I noticed a rattling noise. The very next business day I messaged our salesman and he had us take the car to the service department where they had it for 3 days and then said the turbo was out in it. Not sure how it was missed on the Chevy inspection, they put us in a loaner and then 5 days later said the part was on back order but should only be another week. Got a phone call a week later saying it was going to be 4-6 weeks before they might have the part in. They had a 3 business day/200 mile cool off period. We wanted out but they were then going to put us in a newer used car with less miles the day we were going o look at it the called and told us legally they could not sell it, the owners they got it from on trade in had totaled the vehicle but had paid cash for repairs at that point I was so mad and we were done and walked away. I had forgotten that a family friend rusty McDonald worked at elderado so I called him up and told him our situation. We went into the dealership on a friday evening. Rusty then had Landon help us out. Their goal was if we could get into a new vehicle that?s what they were going to do. My boyfriend had said well if it works out I might trade my truck in as well, Landon was made aware that we were looking for me a car so Landon said yall primarily came for her so let?s get her deal done and then we can look at yours (my boyfriend). We told Landon what we wanted our payments to be. We never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was so nice at the dealership and we did get a brand new 2026 Chevy trax. I tell everyone if they are looking for a new vehicle to go to elderado Chevy and they will be well taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for turning a really bad car experience into a pleasant one and made us very satisfied customers.

2022 Jeep Gladiator review
This is a.rock solid vehicle that defines “utility” better than all the rest. You have tons of ways to configure the vehicle every day. Open air roof, doors off, entire top off, pick-up truck uses, off roading, climbing, travel, snowshoeing, skiing, snow driving, trails and dirt roads, hiking, carry bed loads, trailering, ATVs, etc, etc, etc. No way to ever find it boring. Plus, the extra bonus of the culture, friendliness, the wave, jeep groups, and the way it promotes and nurtures getting outdoors and getting active. No issues. Alpine stereo is great. Nav is great. Heat is great. comfort great, carrying fun loads great, towing to 4K lbs great. No complaints.

I recently had my 2023 Jeep Gladiator towed to Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to a major transmission issue. A friend highly recommended the dealership, so I called Jeremy in the service department while I was on the way to give him a heads-up that I was coming in. When I arrived, Jeremy immediately introduced me to the shop foreman, Cortez, who jumped in the vehicle with me for a quick test drive around the parking lot. We barely made it around the building before turning back in, and Cortez immediately recognized that there was a serious transmission problem. Knowing the vehicle was still under warranty, he had the technicians pull codes that same evening and quickly confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. What impressed me most was how fast they moved. The replacement transmission was ordered that day, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was out of town the following week, and they had my Gladiator repaired and ready to go by the Tuesday after I returned. Jeremy, Cortez, and the entire team provided excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. 2022 Jeep Gladiator review
My jeep gladiator is perfect for all my needs. Better gas mileage than my previous truck and also has a great 4wd system. I will probably keep this one a long time. Have taken several road trips and some light off road driving, it has been great for both.
