The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Both were super polite, patient and answered all of our questions. They took the time to prep paperwork ahead of our arrival, knowing we we're out of town, so that the purchase could be expedited. They didn't markup the price like so many dealers do once we arrived, it was the advertised price, tax, title and processing fee out the door. It's always nerve-racking buying a vehicle over the phone and not being able to test drive first. Schyler made sure to inspect it thoroughly and let me know of the few minor cosmetic issues it had. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the vehicle. They even detailed and filled up our gas tank. Thank you so much!!!

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV.
