I highly recommend. I am not someone who appreciates "pushy" sales reps. I worked with Bill Kiesgen and he was very helpful and proactive. I had spoke with him over the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in and he had it ready to test drive when I got there. Afterwards we met up to discuss the vehicle and he answered all my questions and was very understanding. My visit quick and to the point. I was able to sleep on my decision and the following day we had everything ready to go. Now I am a proud owner of a new vehicle. Thank you for your efficient service!

LaFontaine Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fenton review
Our Salesman, Jeremy Becklehamer, did a great job to make the process easy, the gentleman who took us through the signing process was also amazing. We wanted to keep the newer tires from our older Jeep that we were trading in on the deal and LaFontaine service went above and beyond to make that happen.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish! Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and never felt pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that truly values its customers and focuses on providing great service. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be back in the future!

Shane was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect truck for us. He brought up a ZR2 from Ohio that was that met all of our specifications. He was professional, friendly and worked hard to get us the best deal. He even helped keep my 2 year old grandson entertained while making this purchase. Thank you, Shane!

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my used 2020 Jeep Cherokee back in May 2025. The salesman, John Griffin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I shared my requirements and budget, he worked to make it all happen. He secured a great financing rate and found the Jeep of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I absolutely love my Jeep! John, your professionalism and salesmanship truly stood out, making this car-buying experience one of the best I've ever had. Thank you once again, John, and the entire team at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, for making my car-buying dreams come true. I will definitely be recommending your services to friends and family.

Professional, knowledgeable, low key salesman and finance manager. Much more to my liking than what I've experienced elsewhere. I'll be back in the future.

When looking for a safe, reliable used car for our daughter, we found a great one at Jim Riehl in Warren. Our salesman, Jimmy, made the whole transaction easy!
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.
