BMW Certified Pre-Owned Nashville review
I had an excellent experience at BMW of Nashville thanks to Andrew. He took the time to make help me get a good deal, insisted on a test drive even though my mind was already made up and took that opportunity to tell me about the car in great detail
2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

The salesman, Gabriel Sons, was great! He was personable and courteous. I did not feel that he was out to sell me the car with high-pressure tactics. The experience was pretty pleasant overall.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Ford of Columbia. Every interaction has been pleasant, I've never felt pressured about anything. I hit a pothole just across the road from them, bent the rim. I limped in and they were able to get it in and looked at right away. All my other non emergencies have been completely smooth.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

This was my first experience purchasing from this dealership, and I must say it was exceptional from beginning to end. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the sales representative, Jose. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. His approach made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Buying this particular vehicle was a long-time goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to now have it in my driveway. The car’s condition exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and transparency demonstrated throughout the process. I had purchased this car unseen from out of state and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you again for a fantastic experience. I look forward to working with your team again in the future. Warm regards

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Thrilled with My New 2024 Jeep Wrangler! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler from Columbia CDJR, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler has always been a dream car for me, and this 2024 model exceeded all expectations. The buying process was seamless—no pushy sales tactics, just helpful and honest advice. 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

This place is very friendly, everyone is so nice, it’s also clean and has great cars. I’m especially impressed by John . Not only did he stay after hours to help me know all the features and cars but he displayed the best customer service I’ve ever had. He deserves a raise or promotion! If I could give you all 10 stars I would, I highly recommend coming here!

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

CarMax MurfreesboroReviews
CarMax Murfreesboro review
I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

Quick attention and attentive. Really wanted to make the sale but they were not pushy in the least bit. Good people.

Love it! Upgraded from Cherokee Limited and could not be happier. Ride, interior space and mileage all are great. I am short and spouse is tall and it is comfortable for both of us!

CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Found truck online and connected with Jose. He and everyone were very friendly, and I appreciate Jose?s no-pressure approach. Initial numbers were much higher than advertised, but once pointed out we got to a good deal. Paperwork was no-fuss, but then again I brought my own financing.

We had the best experience at this location. Michael was the best associate and walked us through everything and was extremely patient after the crappy experience we had at another location. We are so happy. Thanks Michael!

Recently purchased a new vehicle and the service was more than outstanding, I was treated like a Nashville Celebrity and I do not even live in the area.
2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have had a 2011, 2014 and 2022 Grand Cherokee prior to this 2025. All 3 were excellent and trouble free. This 2025 with 22,000 miles is the best one yet. Smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive, especially on long trips.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.
