BMW Certified Pre-Owned NashvilleReviews
BMW Certified Pre-Owned Nashville review
I'm an out of state buyer and was shopping for a BMW X2 for my daughter. Was very impressed with the responses to my questions from Joe the Sales Manager. Ultimately, we chose a different vehicle at another dealership that was closer to us. However, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them over email and text. Joe answered all of my questions honestly and to my satisfaction. We would have chosen their vehicle/dealership if it hadn't been for a small issue with the out of state sales tax credit policy. But again, they were upfront and honest about this issue. I highly recommend Joe (Sales Manager), Ben (Salesman) and this dealership. Sorry we didn't do business. Thanks.
2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

This is a REALLY late review lol but i just want to say I LOVE this small dealership. I got the car I’ve always wanted from here. I bought my lovely all white 2013 Honda Civic back in October 2020 and its still treating me well till this day! They work with you to fit your needs and budget. I was doubting myself, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get the car since it was my first time buying a car on my own, and been turned down by every car dealership...but they worked with me and i was rolling out with my new car in minutes! I truly recommend this place!

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

This was my first experience purchasing from this dealership, and I must say it was exceptional from beginning to end. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the sales representative, Jose. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and responsive to all of my questions. His approach made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Buying this particular vehicle was a long-time goal of mine, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to now have it in my driveway. The car’s condition exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and transparency demonstrated throughout the process. I had purchased this car unseen from out of state and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you again for a fantastic experience. I look forward to working with your team again in the future. Warm regards

Recently purchased a new vehicle and the service was more than outstanding, I was treated like a Nashville Celebrity and I do not even live in the area.
2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

CarMax Murfreesboro review
I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

Great buying experience. Very impressed with the teamwork and efficiency of the sales consultants. I highly recommend this dealership.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have had a 2011, 2014 and 2022 Grand Cherokee prior to this 2025. All 3 were excellent and trouble free. This 2025 with 22,000 miles is the best one yet. Smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive, especially on long trips.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.
