Above & beyond service

I dropped in unannouced at 4:20 pm on a Friday. The Service bay was jammed with people dropping off their vehicles. I had an engine light on and my entertainment system was acting like it was possessed by a poltergeist . Bob read my code ensuring me the problem wasn't urgent. Good. Yet, he said the head of service , Michael jozwiak, knows how to re-set the entertainment software and would see if he could come out and try. He did, it worked, all within 30 minutes amid near chaos. This was my first time at your dealership and could not have been more impressed with excellent service. I am Director of Sales in the Construction market and this is the type of service we deliver each day, which is not the norm. Kudos to your team and their commitment to outstanding service, unfortunately , it's not commonplace . BTW, I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at St. Charles Jeep, and did not have a good purchase experience and will now direct all my future business to Dupage Jeep. In the proper fashion, you've won my business. Thank you for doing things the right way.
