Well balanced designed to take you on rough drives without confort sacrifice. Excellent driving position that makes a pleasure to drive. Giving you full control and a sense of security when driving on slippery roads. I drove It over the Rockies and the Sierras enjoin the beauty of those places.

I don't like car dealerships. I think too many of them are shady, or outright crooks. So I went into 112 Mitsubishi distrustful of anyone that works there. 112 Mitsubishi was the opposite of what I expect from dealerships and my experience with 112 could not have been better. First, my salesman, Juno, is a great guy and made the experience pleasant from the beginning. Friendly, helpful, not pushy whatsoever. He made us feel like he cared more about my wife and I getting what we wanted, on our terms, than he did about selling a car. When we initially walked away because it was out of the range of what we wanted to spend, Juno was great and didn't push at all. Rather than push to try to sell us something cheaper, after we left, the new owner, Franco, and GM, Jerry, got involved and authorized SIGNIFICANT financial concessions on their end to get the car we wanted into the price range we wanted. That was a gesture that impressed us both a great deal. Our finance advisor was great too! Thank you very much Juno, Franco and the rest of the team. We will never go anywhere else! Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time.

I Really like this car I bought it used and have driven it for a good couple of months Car works great love the jeep style on the outside and inside you'll never forget what your driving! Two complaint's are that the car rumbles quite bad and my cars transmission likes to have hiccups but everything else about the car is great.

Long has guaranteed their work for life time of my car. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

85000 miles on it and the only issue has been a starter problem, it’s going bad and I will replace soon. The moulding at the front of the removable roof panels started to separate. Other than that it has been an awesome vehicle and I feel like the 2.4 has plenty of power.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

The only thing I think they should improve is the noise while driving on the road the noise reduction. Add a little more comfort inside

He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Prepared, quick working, and doesn?t dwell on paperwork or trying to sell more. Long story short, you?re in good hands.

I bought a truck from them and the sale went smoothly. A pretty laid back but professional buying experience. We worked with Bob Link after trading in our old suv for a newer model. The windshield had a rock chip but they had someone come out to fix it at no charge. I haven’t used the service department yet but hopefully that experience will be as good as the purchasing one.

Did a good job and just what was needed. Totally satisfied.
