City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of BrookfieldReviews
City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield review
Purchased a new to our family Chrysler Pacifica. The van was just as described. Cleaned and serviced very well. My salesman Nate Blattner (The GOAT) went out of his way in EVERY aspect to make sure we were happy and well informed in every aspect of this purchase. From reaching out in a very timely manner, handling our family with the utmost respect and professionalism and made this purchase my favorite trip to a dealership in 25 years. I personally recommend a very large raise for how incredible he is! Also dealt with Phil in finance who was an honest upfront and straightforward dude as well. Nate made my experience so enjoyable I will be sending everyone I know here for vehicle purchases. Don't go anywhere else. You want to purchase here.
2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
We waited for our kids to get their driving chops so we can purchase the car we've wanted for a few years. Extremely happy with it. Car had all the upgrades we were planning on doing ourselves and is a joy to get in (feel like a kid with a new license).

Palmen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of RacineReviews
Palmen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Racine review
The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

Zaydan, Daryl, and Timothy went above and beyond during our visit to the dealership. Zaydan patiently walked us through multiple options, and Daryl and Timothy handled a complicated financing situation with patience, resourcefulness, and a firm commitment to see it through. The entire team was professional and supportive — we truly appreciate everything they did. Highly recommend these outstanding guys to anyone shopping for a car!

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

MICHAL MADE THE SHOPPING AND BUYING PROCESS SO EASY AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I AM PRETTY xxxx PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT REGRETTING IT! I BELIEVE THAT MICHAL WAS SINCERE AND HONEST IN GETTING THE VERY BEST DEAL AND DOING ALL HE POSSIBLY COULD TO GET EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. ANDY IN FINANCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK THINGS OUT IN MY BEST INTEREST FOR CAR PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE EXTRAS. HE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE VERY BEST HANDS WITH THE BOTH OF THESE GUYS AND IT WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WE'LL SEE... BUT FOR ME. THIS WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HALL VW AND MICHAL AND ANDY IN A HEARTBEAT!

Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock review
I have purchased many trucks over the last 35 years. I have never had a purchase go as smoothly and efficiently as this one! Kunes is good! Very professional, responsive, polite, fair and communicative. Great trade in value on my truck and very fair price on the new one. Love it!!! Thanks to Dan and all his effort.

This was very uneasy for me, buying a car online site unseen wasn’t something that I had done before. With that said Otis was very professional and knowledgeable and that helped calmed my nerves. The car was better than I expected (s500). If you are out of town and buying a car do your research which I did, but this dealership is legit and have the cars to match their professionalism. Thanks Otis
2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

John Amato Hyundai review
I never negotiated a car deal on the internet before went back and forth several times and ended up with a great deal. Didn't know what to expect when I got there, but sales staff was helpful and friendly. Mark showed us all the features of the Elantra and took us out for a test drive. Overall a great experience. I like cars but I don't like buying them generally, maybe now that's changed.
