I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler; I wanted something with low miles that was lifted with 35 inch tires. I had a lot of questions, received a spotty information from friends, and needed a little handholding… Matt and DTO customs was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bought the car from a very courteous salesman without pressure. He knew all about the car and was very easy to talk to. The paperwork was fast and easy. Overall a GREAT car buying experience. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

If you are in the market for a new Ram/Jeep vehicle I want to personally take this time to tell you that I shopped around and even have a relative who sells ram/Jeep vehicles. When I told him the offer that Jimmy Byrd at Lindsay Jeep dodge Chrysler and ram gave me he was blown away. Jimmy Byrd treated me like family and was strait forward and honest every step of the way and gave me a great deal I just bought a ram rebel crew cab from him today and it was the best car buying experience I have had if you are in the market ask for jimmy Byrd he will look after you.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Great experience, great people, fast service. Came in knowing what I wanted and Maxwell Overby was terrific. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into something we didn't want. The general sales manager, John Melber, was also a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership.
