I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Victor Bobo, Service Manager Walt Hines, and General Manager David Ossi for their prompt and coordinated response to a situation that had the potential to become security concern. The urgency, professionalism, and clarity each of you demonstrated made a meaningful impact and prevented the issue from escalating. Victor, as my service advisor, your immediate attention and clear communication ensured the matter was addressed without delay. Your consistency and reliability continue to stand out. Walt, your leadership as Service Manager brought structure and confidence to the situation. Your quick involvement and steady guidance helped ensure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. David, your oversight and commitment to maintaining high operational standards were evident in how swiftly and effectively your team responded. Your engagement reinforces the trust and confidence I have in your dealership. Thank you all for your professionalism, your responsiveness, and the respect you showed throughout the process. Your actions turned a potentially serious moment into a reminder of the strength and integrity of your team. This is the core reason why I will continue to come to Parks Lincoln of Tampa.

From the moment I inquired about my vehicle, I had a good feeling about AutoNation. Soon after I submitted the inquiry, I received a call from them and I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle the very next day. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was met with a courteous sales staff. From that moment on, the sale was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will be a repeat customer. I can’t say enough about the staff nd how seamless the trans action was. Keep up the great work!

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel review
I loved buying my Mustang at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, since Gil Bravo provided me outstanding service.
2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Love my new Compass! It is great on gas and is a very comfortable ride. Pete my salesman is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and friendly!
2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

Crown Ineos Grenadier review
Marcus Rogers at the sales lot is an excellent representative. I didn't say salesman on purpose. I NEVER felt any pressure to purchase. He was always polite, positive about the Grenadier brand and it's future. He answered all questions, no matter how off the wall, professionally. He's a good "face" for the dealership and the brand. I also had several long discussions with their Service Manager, Evan Doel. Exceedingly knowledge about the vehicles and gave me hi HONEST opinion on the Grenadier line good and things that could be improved. I NEVER got the feeling or impression he was trying to blow sunshine up my kilt. These two gentlemen are the reason I decided to purchase one.

Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland review
My wife and I, just have the opportunity to deal with the dealership. Jaguar Land Rover at Lakeland Fl. We want to share the experience because after many years negotiating with dealers, this experience was the BEST, from the moment we contacted the sales person CHANCE RUSSEL, negotiated the vehicle with the sales Manager, BRYAN MILLER closing the deal with the finance Department, everything was very FEAR, CLEAR and PROFESSIONAL .... Please keep it up...WE LOVE OUR BRONCO RAPTOR Excellent customer care, we will refer all our friends, and Family members next time they need a new car. "THANKS JAGUAR LANDROVER" John and Fanny

I worked with Joe Cabusao. He was FANTASTIC!!! He was friendly but professional. He made my experience at the dealership worth going in! All though I didn't buy a vehicle right now. Because of Joe I WILL be buying a RAM from Suncoast. And he will definitely be the salesperson I will be working with.
